Let me know any questions here in the comments. Thanks for watching!

  2. I'm interested in Wiz. I bought a yeelight w3 multicolor and the maximum brightness of warm color 2700k is way too dim.

I wonder if Wiz At very warm colors are bright?

  3. Have You noticed any pattern flickering on your camera while filming with these light? I saw that gosund and Philips and Ikea had some in your video

I got a GE smart bulb said long as i have wifi im good to go… get home try setting my Tablet A up fornit but it was not compatible to GE. Bummer

  4. how about color filliment bulbs like:Globe Electric 35847 Wi-Fi Smart 7 W (60 W Equivalent) Spiral Filament Multicolor Changing RGB Tunable White Clear LED Light Bulb, No Hub Required, Voice Activated, 2000K – 5000K, Vintage Edison Amazon

  5. Stay away from C by GE bulbs. We have mostly Ohlux smart bulbs, and they are cheap and dependable. But the electrician contractors building our house said we miscounted and they needed more bulbs (we didn't miscount, they put smart bulbs in closets and showers!) so I ran out and got the C by GE bulbs. They have been a source of constant frustration. Bad App, poor wifi reception, frequent loss of settings, they cost 3 times as much as the excellent Ohlux bulbs, you name it. Also being wifi, you don't get a remote and did I mention that the App SUCKS! Avoid them.

  6. feit products can be used in the tuya app

  7. Hey my guy. Where did you get that lamp in the corner??? Do you remember?

  8. Thanks!

  9. Does anyone know if the GE remote or wireless switch work with the wiz lights?

  10. Excellent review. I love my WiZ bulbs. The A19, BR30 and LED strips all pair well together. They also work in HomeKit using Homebridge. And are now fully integrated into Home Assistant. However, I would caution against using too many WiFi bulbs and hope that WiZ will consider a Thread version. I am very disappointed that Costco stopped carrying WiZ in favor of the Feit Electric brand!

  11. Love your reviews.

Can I offer one suggestion for future videos. Could you just touch on each app's features.

I was looking at these to come on and off at scheduled time at specific kelvin and brightness.

I'm wanting to get one to use over a gold fish planted bowl for raising shrimp so want to schedule time and have it come on at a certain brightness.

I think the Wiz one should do it.

    Cheers

  12. WIZ bulbs do not stay connected consistently. They provide nice light, but very frustrating to work with. I tried all the tricks to get them to stay connected consistently, but no matter how they were paired or how my WIFI was setup (needs to be 2.4Ghz), one or two bulbs would inevitably stop responding, and would need to be cycled on/off before reconnecting. Read all kinds of comments online with folks having the same problem.

  13. Where did you get that socket that the bulb it in on the counter?

  14. I have a few different models of the c by ge bulbs they do have nice color but frequently become unresponsive and have to be factor reset of which is very frustrating to preform.

  15. I have a question. I've been adding Govee Wifi bulbs in the house, and using Google Hub/Assistant. However, I don't always want to shout at Google to turn the lights on and off. If we use the standard switches now, turn the bulbs off then leave the house, you lose all the control. I want to make it easier for myself and my girlfriend to flip a switch. Is there a good solution to have the best of both worlds? Most of the bulb sockets have multiple light switches on the walls.

  16. Hey Reed, I heard you mention Geeni in this video. I've started my smart bulb collection with the Geeni platform. There are different products, and the ones I started with came from Walmart which are branded Merkury which use the Geeni App. My experience has been good colors, though not as bright as the white range, but the colors are deep. The ones from Walmart are fixed white balance, but I have a Geeni Prisma from Amazon that's a 60w 800 Lumen and does both color and tunable white. One thing I've recently observed as well, is the newer generations of bulbs. e.g. bulbs I've purchased more recently of the same product line seem to have better colors . I never invested in the more expensive bulbs because I never needed the features they offer, and the ones I've been using just seem to work. I have been on the look out though for other bulbs to try though, without breaking the bank. The Merkury bulbs from Walmart are 75w equiv, and rated at 1050 Lumen.

  17. Tried Sengled bluetooth bulbs and after a while they didnt want to connect to the Alexa system anymore. The Yeelights can be a little shakey with their connection too. The Feits in my lamps while the colors are dim, they whites are good and they are good about keeping a connection.

  18. which one can react to the music beats ? with the phone app and mic ?

I love my C by GE Smart lights. You set up and use with Google home. Mine didn't come with a remote but I don't need it. Everything is changed on command with Google. I barely ever use the GE app. The resetting is bad I do agree. The buld itself is great when used with Google Home.

  19. I don't have WiFi at my place. Is the C by GE truly bluetooth? As in, can I connect via my phone's bluetooth and control it from there? If not, any bright, multi-color lightbulb that can?

  20. Hi there, can you share where to buy the light bulb stand you’re using here? Thx.

  21. This is super useful, thank you so much!

  22. The "filamint" bulbs use LEDs.
