These damn mice are overpriced.
Harpe Ace Mini owner here, wait around 6 months to a year, and even on amazon the price will drop by around half, i got mine for 89 USD "Like New" haven't had any issues and the quality is great, but specifically the harpe ace mini, it's smaller size really makes a difference, it also does support 8k polling rate with the booster for the dorks that care, also the smalle plastic grooves are very very shallow, not too noticable and actually perfect, and the armory crate lite works perfectly without infecting your comupter with the bubonic plague

I got a glorious model o 2 pro 8k for a crazy sale at 100 aud, about 65 usd, and it's been alright mostly. would you recommend trying something else? only issues have been sensor going a bit dodgy at high polling rates and the raesha opticals being well raesha opticals

I totally agree with you ā prices for PC peripherals have gone insanely high these days, especially when it comes to certain brands. Slightly off topic, but Iāll share my experience.
I live in Tallinn, Estonia. Recently, the new Asus ROG Harp II Ace mouse came out here, and itās already selling for ā¬230. To me, thatās just crazy money. For comparison, not long ago I bought the Razer Viper V3 Pro Sensitive Edition for ā¬160 ā which is also not exactly cheap. But Asus is clearly going overboard with their prices.
For example, their carbon mouse Asus ROG Harpe Ace Extreme. I bought it on sale for ā¬170, tried it, and ended up returning it ā the shape just didnāt suit me, even though itās considered their flagship model. Now it costs around ā¬300 here, and Iāve even seen it for ā¬350ā370.
Same story with their keyboards. Iāve been using the Asus ROG Azoth (the first version), bought it on sale for ā¬150, and it still works perfectly, Iām completely happy with it. But when I saw that the new Asus ROG Azoth Extreme was coming out, I really liked it and wouldāve gladly bought it. But when I saw the price tag in the store ā ā¬570 ā I was shocked. And now, half a year later, the one with the English layout costs ā¬700 here. Thatās just insane.
So compared to Asus, Razer doesnāt even seem that expensive anymore.

Got the previous Harpe Ace for 59ā¬ on clearance (plus 30ā¬ cashback still incoming) down from original 159ā¬. Awesome mouse, really happy with it. Does not even need Armory Crate full version any longer. Maybe by the time this breaks, Ace II will be in the same price range. Lightweight, +1000Hz, 2.4 GHz mice have already peaked long time ago, there's really no reason to buy the fomo and pay crazy launch prices imo.

Logitech G-102 here. Its literally 25 euro lol… and its a PERFECT Mouse for CS and shooters. It has memory on board, so you can install g-hub, make your settings and uninstall it š
160$ is way above what i would pay for that… those big name companies better pull something out of their bums because chinese mice are going to ruin their mice scene
I tried it for a few hours and returned it the same day. It really didn't feel like a premium product to me, considering the pricetag!
I bought the Pulsar x2 Crazylight instead + Pulsar Hyperion mousepad. That turned out to be the best decision ever š«¶

Man why mouse manufacturer always use "their" optical switch. Just put Huano Pink Shells or Balck Mambas in it.
And this chatter wobble is insane for a mouse in this price range.
The original one wasn't terrible, but the cancer that is Armoury Crate ruined any positives. The mouse skates on mine started peeling after just a few months, and I had to replace them, which added to the cost. I stopped using it, and then someone told me about the new Armoury Crate Lite, which was still dog poop. This was just as disappointing a purchase as my Glorious Model O, which had terrible click latency.
china is the future. i bought a 7800X3D for 300 dollars, a 1TB P3 Plus for 45 dollars, case fan for 4 dollars each, doubleshot PBT keycaps for 14 dollars (since my razers ones were getting unbearably greasy) . (im still on my G pro wireless but when that dies, ill buy a mouse for sure). im also planning to buy a 18 phase VRM motherboard for 100 dollars.
Really miss seeing 50 dollar wired mice with good shapes that recognize not everyone cares about wireless, 8K polling and 99,999 DPI that all end up inflating the cost of these devices.

everyone keeps saying the dav3 coating is crap but I swear my copy feels fine? sure its slippery when my hands are dry but thats just about every coating.
