Okay, now THIS is what I want. I hope this technology gets more popular because I like reading things on my phone (I read like 4 hours a day at least) so not only will this keep me less distracted from reading, but also it would improve battery life

I think my OPPO has those modes too. They may not be as good. But there is a super power saving mode, like the first mode. Then there's one that makes everything black and white. And then the eye protection stuff that just lowers blue light.

It's literally just the xppen magic notepad in phone form without the limited version. I've got that, and it makes sense, especially using the stylus; it doesn't make sense in small-screen format.

That E-Reader mode has got to be THE unapologetically most innovation I've seen in years
I thought of buying this nxtpaper phone, but the specs were like 4-5 years behind any other phone at the same price (. Also as far as I remember this technology has nothing to do with display itself but rather some sort of multi-layer coating on top of the display, and it made sliding your finger across the screen annoying for some people it had some texture or something, but I am talking about the last version, maybe they fixed some stuff
I love this. I use the blue light filter on my phone which really helps at night
