Suddenly LTT Labs has a SECOND environmental test chamber at their disposal! I really don’t think Linus expected to win the auction when he put in his lowball bid – but there’s a couple problems. The manufacturer went out of business years ago, the chamber hasn’t been powered on in a decade, and it’s been stored outside in a surplus yard for years! This should be quite the adventure.

It might be a good idea to find out which company serviced the unit and see if those techs are still available and familiar with it. but it also seems you have techs reaching out to you in the comments. In any case this is fascinating and a great way to make some chill content.

Industrial automation engineer here, guys remember to have someone take a backup of the program on the PLC in that thing. Will make your life a lot easier if the PLC breaks or somehow gets corrupted. Btw great video and looking forward to the follow-ups, this is the kind of LTT content I want to watch!
