Love my 25u , only issue is low light photo has noise and I brought 256 should have gotten 512
I got S25 Ultra but don't want trade in my note 20 ultra. That and bought a new sd card battery on my note is whatever I gotta charge it every other hour but it good. I'm trying to figure out is it worth upgrading to that or nope. I really don't care for any of the Ai crap

I've had my S25 Ultra for a year, too. I'm a garbage man, so my phone has seen some pretty austere conditions. I haven't had a case on it, but I use a tempered glass screen protector. Due to the titanium being 4x harder than aluminum, there are barely any scratches or dings on the frame even after being dropped more than a few times on various surfaces. Also, Corning is amazing, I recommend visiting their factory and museum in NY. The glass is extremely tough to the point where I don't think it will ever crack from simply dropping it.

Upgraded to the 25U from 23U and didn't think id be wowd but holy crap WOW. The flat screen (FINALLY!) Makes way more sense for a note. The curve edge would mess with s pen functions. The flat sides, love them. This phone is premium as premium gets. The screen. I don't miss the Bluetooth s pen. Never used the camera function. The 25U is tech art 🎨 👌

I just found out today that the S25 Ultra doesn't have a microSD card slot, which is very disappointing. The SPen and the option of extending memory through the microSD card are some of the main reasons why I stay with Samsung. They are eliminating many outstanding features of their phone, so now I'm thinking of trying the iPhone after using Samsung for most of my 30-year life.
I was a lifelong iPhone user, but I always had the urge to switch to Android for a while. I’ve always liked the Galaxy lineup.
Six months ago, I switched from the iPhone 16 Pro Max to the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. At first, it felt great — new system, new features, lots of freedom. But after six months, I switched back to iPhone. And honestly, Apple is way ahead of Samsung in almost every important way.
The main reason is app optimization. Most apps are clearly optimized for iPhones first, and the difference is noticeable in everyday use.
Also – even the base iPhone 17 has better cameras — seriously.
Face ID is another game-changer. Fingerprint scanners are uncomfortable, and Samsung’s face unlock just isn’t reliable. Apple’s Face ID works instantly, in any condition and even in darkness.
The front camera on iPhone is still the best, and overall, iOS just feels smoother and more polished.
iOS > Android. All day, every day.
I swore off Samsung a long time ago (I feel like their software is terrible, and I hate that their business model is basically copy/paste everyone else). But after Apple's recent BULLSH*T – buggy software, cheap aluminum "pro" phones that make no sense, etc. – I might revisit these.

If Spen doesn't have Bluetooth, I won't buy this phone and will switch to other brands. They removed the heart rate monitor, which was very useful, removed the FM radio, and removed Spen functionality. They removed the microSD card. Who needs these things? It's just marketing and degradation.
Bixby is a native application and Gemini is from Google

I've been using my Galaxy Watch 8 Classic as a remote shutter for group photos, works great! I have a preview of the phone screen on my watch, and it also gives me three seconds to prepare for the photo after hitting the shutter button.

I just updated from s22ultra to this s25 ultra and I am loving it. I love how much more squared off it is bc I can hold it better (I thought i wouldn't like that but I do) so far. I am loving everything about this phone. I wanted the titanium too before they got back to aluminum.

You can use a screen protector. I bought a anti reflective screen protector foil from Samsung for my S25 Ultra so basically I still profit from the anti reflective display.
8 bit screen, outdated camera hw, camera blur issues, small battery, slow charging speed… yeah, its not even a flagship anymore, pass
