Since the devices were going down and back up again, I think it's more of a power draw issue. Using None RGB keyboards would be a good start.

I found out that windows will only supports 255 serial emulators.
That’s totally depends on USB port enabled on SoC, the path defined for IO.
I bought the sabrent Hubs 3.0 hubs because of this Video, I'm not satisfied with mine. Even my mouse will stop working with that bloody hub.
