Honor, Oppo, Vivo! (I'm not big on cameras, so the H8M Pro camera is just insanely good to me, the Oppo/Vivo Pro's slightly better camera is not s.th that I care about, so for me it's a draw on the camera's, and the rest matters, I like them all)

My Samsung adventure finished yesterday. After my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra fell into an infinite restarting loop and only worked in the freezer, I’m planning to move to a Google Pixel once I finish backing up my data.
Right now, the phone is still sitting in the freezer while the backup continues.
Why do we assume other companies are following Apple design. Phone designs are pencils and on the production line before they are even announced. If a design is efficient is it not expected to be widely used. ?
If you don't fancy the 10x zoom too much, Xiaomi 17 ultra does have the best primary camera with the largest sensor and best dynamic range.

Main issue with samsung is that in half a year your top premium smartphone will stop getting latest greatest features. Z fold 7 does NOT have the latest ai and camera (not hardware!) features s26 ultra got. So you pay $2k and in half a year Samsung already sh*ts on you… That is very, VERY disappointing. Locking software features to sell newer phones and promising 10 years of major software updates is a pure lie. I hate that so much
