  2. thumbnail shows different monitor with small bezels … you shouldnt be doing this, I used to like this channel

  3. its not even available via affiliate link 😀

  4. Got one hooked up to my 5080 and it's very slick

  5. you applied that monitor base like a true maniac….

  6. I'm fine with AOC VA panel. This price is more than my monthly house payment.

  7. $1.3k MSRP, probably get it for $999 during end of the year sales.

  8. I play on TV. Never owned a monitor. But I only play single player games

  9. Ive had asus monitors before but their stands are a horrible designs , those long points either side take up precious desk space

  10. Something something aSUS stupid stand
And I honestly have not even looked at the price
    I mean we all know
I havent paid much attention to the ultrawides and while im not a big fan of msi theres like one or two others that are either available or should be soon

As for the actual itself? I mean
My main issue with ultrawides is a lot of them are curved
And honestly I would like if they had adjustable curve
    Especially the more expensive ones
34 also isnt as tall vertically as 32 which is definitely a bummer for me (and its not thaaat wide either) so kind of get cooked
At the same time its a leetle bit big for a dual setup
Plus at the end of the day price is a big factor

  11. 4/5K the only way. The new Alienware monitor [ AW 3926QW] is the way to go.

  12. My current monitor is ASUS ROG PG32UCDM. Excellent, excellent monitor. I don’t think I’ll change that any time soon, until the next big successor to it.

  13. I've been using this monitor since April and its incredible. I've considered switching over to ultrawide for a while now. Coming from a 32" 4K 240hz OLED display, I can hardly notice a difference in resolution (at least from my viewing distance). Because a 34" with a UWQHD resolution has the same pixel density of a 27" QHD display, it hits the sweet spot between image clarity, motion clarity, and responsiveness.

  14. rttings says this pannel has no vrr flicker so thats why you didnt notice it thank you so much for this video as it has helped me decided to get it

  15. If i get this monitor with 5090 and upscale it supersampling to 4k will my fps be the same as me upscaling ucrrently on my 32inch monitor?

  16. according to rrtings this doesnt have vrr flicker ? can you confirm

  17. 40% darker (getting rid of the purple haze) doesn't mean its the same as WOLED tho :/ WOLED is still darker blacks in a brighter room

  18. Imagine buying this purple-tinted monitor in 2026 for more than the 39-inch Dell Alienware releasing this month.

  19. Playing without VRR does benefit increasing Hz since it hides judder and tearing in practice without the VRR flicker among other issues with VRR on OLED.

My 500Hz 4th gen QD OLED currently feels a lot better with VRR off at 500Hz and that even applies to games running well below that like 150FPS.

Basically turning VRR off feels more responsive and looks clearer on my 500Hz and that is irrespective to the FPS you get in games.

  20. And here I thought 4th gen was the latest. 😞

Not that I'm unhappy with my 500Hz WootVision Pro 27Q O500 27" WQHD, though there was quite a getting used to, since my previous monitor was a IPS one and VRR flicker was a big part of it.

  21. The monitor stand only fell to the floor because you opened the box the wrong way; there's a little arrow indicating which side should be facing down.
And after opening so many boxes of similar equipment, you should already know that.

  22. honestly i have the MSI mpg 341cqr x36 the direct competitor to this monitor and like $500 cheaper. its wayyyy better value and u get the exact same panel tech

  23. Waiting for the 39 inch Alienware instead.

  24. that purple reflection on the monitor is crazy… even when it's off.

  25. What's good about the 360hz, is that with competitive games you can get around 300 to 360fps easy (depends on the game and if they use dlss).

And for AAA, you can get idk 160 to 200fps and then frame gen x2 to get 360hz feeling while still getting 160 to 180fps response times.

  26. Got it a few days ago and it is amazing.
    Peak 3440x1440p tech🔥

  27. always confused by the gameplay segments of these videos…anyone interested/watching is likely on a crappier monitor so it's not like they can actually tell anything by watching gameplay

  28. It would be the best… if the MSI version wasn't just over £800 on Very right now and on sale everywhere for 899, it's a no brainer which to pick at that much difference if you have a 50 series card too.

  29. I have the Advertised Corsair Frame 4000d and I love it, it’s perfectly sized and so easy to take apart EVERY SINGLE PIECE and change layout, I have a 5090 astral and rog 870e crosshair hero mb, 15 120mm QX Fans, 3 360mm rads, Corsair hydro x water block, Corsair cpu block, Corsair pump/res combo, 1200hxi with ique port, 9800x3d, 12tb of nvme, and tag of 6000 cl30 ram (32×2). I love it.

  30. Nearly fell off my chair when i saw the price

  31. Only 34" … that would not be an upgrade.

  32. I’ve had this monitor for a couple weeks now and it’s definitely lives up to the hype but you do need a high end graphics card to push 360hz

  33. MSI stand is far better than ASUS 3 legs

  34. I currently have an ASUS ROG SWIFT LCD PG348Q @3440×1440 OC's to 144hz. I have been waiting to upgrade to my first 4K OLED but that stand is almost a deal killer for the reason you demonstrated. It is confusing as I want to make the right, long term choice for my first gaming OLED. It really is confusing as I chase the technology and I really don't want the anti-glare coating. I don't have a budget, so which one is truly the BEST if money is no option in the 34 to 39 inch class? I dont play competitive games at all, just single player FPS. Im running a 5070TI as well.

  35. I'll probably buy one whenever my current non oled breaks

  36. Gaming in OLED is a dream. For all the popular and story games.

  37. Great vid loved the ending

  38. i am in uk so it would be great

  39. Oled’s poppin right now fr

  40. pls build me new itx 5070ti to olay msfs

  41. Firsttttt
