I think that LLT should release a video explaining how to evaluate screens on your own. They show graphs and charts and percentages and they mean nothing to me. How do I know I am looking at blooming. Tell us about how LTT evaluates screens.
How is a 115” tv not 8k?
The blue fleck paint job on the remote makes it look like shit. Looks like its dusty or been left in a room when decorators were painting the walls.

I'll be devil's advocate for TV speakers here. While I'm very much in the "you gotta have actual speakers for your fancy TV", for normal TV users TV speakers can be useful even if you have the speaker setup. Say, if you gonna leave the TV on on the news or some shit while you eat or cook. My dad sure does that at his home. He doesn't turn on his speakers for that, cuz why would he? Just a waste of electricity. But even for the news you still need at least decent audio, so you can understand what they're saying and have the pitch be pleasant and natural.
I never use my living room TV speakers because I rarely use it, and when I do I'm listening to music or watching movies/TV shows. But for ppl using living room TVs regularly, yeah, it's actually important.
at this point the TVs are getting so big you guys could reasonably use them as a Green Screen replacement
Honestly, this is basically just my OLED, but with the backlight cranked up to the point of absurdity.
When did we stop caring about actual picture quality and start treating TVs like a measuring instrument for how much light is in our living rooms? It feels like the industry is obsessed with hitting 4000+ nits just for the sake of specs completely ignoring what makes an image look natural and rich.
the discussion has now entirely shifted to surviving daylight instead of enjoying a beautiful picture? Has the world gone mad? Now we’re choosing how bright it can get' over 'how good does it look, It’s completely missing the point of what a TV is supposed to be
