Not exactly a dollar store hack… when you go shopping for potatoes or apples – pick the bag up by one of the potatoes thats in the bag. So much easier to carry!!
I've done the dryer sheets one but left them moist. Worked just fine.
Hack of my own: dollar tree sells disposable plastic place mats that stick to the table in the baby isle. They're perfect for messy crafts like resin or polymer clay.
I use their I glass classes as storage for extra cables when on trips and some of their travel containers for storing my switch or 3DS games,
