Koodos Apple? WTF? They lost a lawsuit about this first.
nah, id just buy a quality 3rd party part, and rent the tools
That gigantic screen removal thing seems a bit under engineered, wouldn't you be removing a cracked display typically? Cracked glass doesn't work well with suction cups last I tried.
iPhones are great
Sounds about right for apple
In conlusion: Apple as a company sucks and people should stop supporting them.
As someone with an Android yall have to much problems for me to ever want a iPhone…plus mine flips open so….
Did you ever ever sparkle as a Boy, pretty in red?
LOL! Mistakes Ya'll made!
Screw you physics, if it wasn't for you, I would be able to sleep more
I so wanted to thumbs down this but the videos is great it's just how stupid apple products are…. Y would anyone buy a car you can't change your own oil, battery, or put a new gas cap on…. So y buy a phone you can't fix everything let alone one they pro actively made it impossible to fix.
I'll never be able to understand why Apple are so successful when competing brands seem to be objectively better in almost every way.
God, I hate Apple.
All those problems can be solved with just one simple action: don't buy anything from them. There is a whole world beyond apple.
Yet another reason why I will never buy anything from Apple.
Apple being apple be like
can i have that iphone 6?
thats it, they want to point the Finger to The gov and say , we tryed that
I disapprove of this entirely.

I am thankful I live in Australia where we have pretty good consumer rights laws. Everytime I have walked into an Apple store here even if the device is out of warranty, ever single time Apple has repaired or replaced the device free of charge.
I have also never been upsold or tried to be persuaded to purchase a new device.
I am confused. There were smart phones when Linus was a wee lad?
Linus this is a great video but they don't want you to do the repair. Pay them to fixit is preferred but buy another phone is the goal. No different than any other retailer with tech stuff. TV's another example. If it quits you cannot even find a repair shop so you go get a new TV and press on. No spares inventory at the TV mfg. just inventory for new TV''s which is predictable. How predictable do you think a spares inventory for Apple repairs is in real time to meet customer expectations. They can't just run over to production line and grab a screen off the new phone line. I am sure you get this and see the delima any mfg. would be in trying to forecast spares.
Why isn’t this on FP
The apple store in montana is basically located in the middle of nowhere…. go ahead, look it up!! lol, so the self service repair option might be a good idea here to some
