him saying to watch for five mins 20 seconds into the video…
The GPU will remain the biggest gatekeeper towards building a PC, unfortunately.
I have been thinking about building. I think I'll stick with my series x for now. These prices are ridiculous
mf buying used parts 🗿🗿
i have a rx 6600 xt, am4 b550 motherboard with 16gb of ram with a free drives, free case, and a cheap psu for $788 respond to this comment if you need any help building a gaming pc
ive got 1000 to spent on a pc. i would like for it to work with vr. what do i get?
Tells us to hold off on getting a computer… proceeds to advertise a computer
There is a $1450 prebuilt on Build Pro PC with a Ryzen 7, RTX 3060, and 16GB of ram. For under $1500 it's a solid gaming PC for sure.
Wait till the new series hit the market then buy the previous products at a cheaper price point to build a monster you can upgrade overtime. Saves you some cash.
In all honesty, my advice to anyone wanting to build a pc is to just buy a Playstation 5.
-More exclusives (Many debates I've had with pc gamers, and not one of them could name a single triple A exclusive for their platform.)
-Better performance. With the SSD being optimized for Playstation, everything is streamlined more efficiently than anything you can get from a pc hard drive.
-Dualshock controller. The games can utilize the unique tech in the controller. bUT mUH xbOX conTrOlERs. Yeah no.
So my PC is about 6 years old, and i'm looking at getting a new one. I'm not as savvy when it comes to knowing enough to build a pc, and have been looking at pre built ones, but have also seen a lot of "don't buy X" videos. So, does anyone have a recommendation for pre builts or companies to go through? I got my omen computer through bestbuy and it's been doing very well since. Max price I'm looking no more than maybe 1700. Current types of games I play are Monster hunter world, no mans sky, the isle, gw2, nier automata to name a few. I'd like to have some awesome graphics and sooth frames, but I don't need the absolute "best of the best".
I saw this on bestbuy, and the numbers (to me) look good, but it doesn't show inside, doesn't exactly tell what brand some of the parts are apart from intel. Alienware – Aurora R12 Gaming Desktop – Intel Core i7 – 16GB Memory – NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 – 1TB SSD – White and it's $1800.
What is your best method for making money as a teen that cannot get a job? I wanna save up for better specs
i have 4gen laptop should i build or wait for next gen
I don't understand why I shouldn't
Personally, I prefer the argument to build now, and that's exactly what I've done. Picked up some good deals too. You've missed out AMD's relatively new RX6700 from your equation, and I picked one up new for £309.99 yesterday. In terms of value/performance, I think it's going to be tough to beat.
The graphics card is the most expensive item in my planned first build. I'm new at this whole thing and I'm shocked that it's let alone more expensive than the motherboard.
get more gaming FPS!! Link in Bio
Yeah, it depends. Will Taiwan chip production become unavailable for Europes reach soon?
This is actually some of the best time to build a new pc. Most people won’t be able to get their hands on newly released cards and equipment. Majority of people building aren’t buying all brand new releases of shit anyways and right now prices are great and it’s best to grab what you can. With the China/ Taiwan conflict there’s a good chances computers parts become increasingly scarce in the very near future. If you plan to build something, do it now.
Ah yes a Mercedes cap with the UK flag, perfect fit for this season of F1
Yeah but I just got a 3080 ti for 900 bucks, which is 200 below msrp, so I'm good
This did not age well
Welp, I’m building my first one next weekend & hopefully all goes well 😭. Should have an all white beauty. I can say I got a Strix 3080 for 1089 >.> … Funny though, I was told a 3090 was overkill and someone just told me to wait for the 4000s to drop 🥴.
Last time I built a computer was in 2013. It's time to upgrade and since the mining has "crashed," it's nice to see the GPU prices finally come down. I've got my eye on a 5950x/3090 combo and will more than likely build instead of trying to score a 4000 series Nvidia. All depends on prices and my savings.
I only would need one for bo3 custom zombies…. otherwise my focus for a kew pc would lay heavily on low latency audio production
