most batteries come charged a little over the 1.5V such as AA, and AAA. I can't think of any that would be a 1.2v unless that is the specification for that device. also how I know is I have a multimeter

I bought the backpack based on this recommendation and was pretty disappointed. The straps have no padding, so anything heavy like books or a large laptop, makes it very uncomfortable. I wouldn't use it for anything more than shoes and clothes for the gym.
NEVER buy a document scanner like iscan, trust me. At my work, we used to scan clients' documents with similar devices only to find out later when we inserted the sd card in a PC that some images was distorted, had huge black spots etc. The solution was simple. We either used our mobile phones or cheap compact cameras.

Air tags have to be the dumbest thing for anyone to actually waste money on. Those "cases" and key chains do nothing to find your product when they can be easily just be tossed in the garbage when stolen. Useless for most cases.
