I had purchased msi motherboard but it couldn't work after 15 days when go through the service centre they assured me to repair within 10 days after 10 days I got the motherboard again I checked it was faulty again I gone through the customer care email they ask me to change ram and click vedio and submit as mentioned I do the same any one who is from msi team can help me I lost the job due to msi please give me job msi team

I still waiting and seat tie for my core liquid RMA!!!! And yes like so many said, good product but come on send email is not that hard imagine I cant use my core liquid because is clogged after 3 month of use it !!!!
I have to say, I love the products but the service in Hanoi is deplorable.
They damaged the right hinge connected to the screen on my GS65, after I took the Laptop in for dual fan and battery replacement, and then told me it was my fault, after I reported the damage to them, once I got my laptop home.
I'm still very bitter about it.

I don’t know it works around the world but my personal experience with MSI support here in Brazil was just terrible. Bought a laptop in the USA and moved to Brazil where they give support only to laptops bought in Brazil. Long story short, fans where noisy and stopped working, motherboard fried and lost 2k dollars laptop.
I sent in my msi DOA board and they fixed it partly, they shipped it back broken. The board would not read more than 1 stick if ram. I tried everything, switched components and got in the bios, did mem test and all that. Switched out Ram sticks, changed ram configuration slots and nothing. I sent the mobo back and they literally sent me the same mobo back again with the same problem. I sent the board back for the 3rd time and they couldn't fully repair and delivered it back to me unrepaired but now after spending a total of $60 for the shipping of all deliveries to the MSI repair center.. I had sent it this last time with my mini USB drive attached with all my files accidentally 🥺🥺🥺 and I called and emailed and they simply just threw away my USB drive after asking customer care to mail it back however and that I would pay either way. After they customer care left notes for the repairmen and all.. they simply just threw it away and not 1 note or apology or sincerity. I lost alot of my music production files and $60 + $90 mobo that never worked properly. MSI has lost a long time customer just with 1 horrible experience. I will never buy another MSI motherboard ever again. The fact that the mobo wasn't replaced or fixed after 3 attempts and still sent back to me like (-deal with it, we have your money), leaves me feeling like my time, energy and money was stolen from me and nothing I could do about it. Thank you MSI for having shitty repair center employees and policies. You lost a real fan customer. Till this day I haven't been able to use it and it is just there catching dust. I lost $150 and countless hours.
I am Asking because I have heard that msi's after sale service is not good. At least in my country (India)
