As a dental school student, I can attest…it's like speed limits, you set it lower then it should be, since people will always go 5-10 over. How many people really brush 3 times a day? Most dentist's I've shadowed only do 2 twice a day, as we're all human. Just use the damn brush for 5 months people 🤦

So notes; Do not put essential oil in a plastic container unless you never plan to use that container for anything else ever. Plastic absorbs the oils smell (it won’t dull the smell of whatever you have in the thing, unless you leave it for a couple weeks), so it will always smell like the oil you put in.

The crocheted swifter cloth actually isn’t a bad idea and won’t take long if you actually know how to knit or crochet. But instead of regular acrylic or wool yarn, they have yarn specifically for making dishcloths!

The toothbrush is the worse thing you could have done. The sponge may have pumice to do the abrasion effect, and it will destroy your theeth by corroding the dental enamel. This happened in the 70s (i'm not sure about this time, i might be wrong), when some toothpaste industries strated putting pumice in it and, by the time, hurted permanently the teeth or even caused teeth fall.
