I think its not the correct comparison to compare it with the notch since the notch is just a visual issue while the crease is an experiential issue. Even if i ignore the feel and get used to it, the passing of time does start making the experience worse unlike the notch. I am a fan of the flip phone especially the horizontal form factor and really tempted by it but the videos of the crease worsening in few months has been holding me back so i am hoping the flip 4 will be the one for me. Hoping for the best.
My work phone is an iPhone 13 and my personal phone is a Z Flip3. I agree. The notch bugs me more.

I personally enjoy the crease. I don't know if I want one without ever again. How am I supposed to know where the middle of my screen is without looking if I wouldn't have my crease? I wanted a flip phone. If the crease isn't there it would look like a basic, boring smartphone. More power to the crease.
Just got mine. Been a week since and I love it. Bought the Ub beetle pro case and holster to protect my investment. Nostalgic with a flip design and a belt holster!

i really want one and i'm ready for a new phone. I was sleepy from working a 14 hour NOC shift though and I missed if you talked about memory. I need lots of memory for apps. I use so many apps. For each job and each friend and each family member i have to use different apps for communication. plus games and photos. how does th ememory compare with say the galaxy 9+ which i have had and love but it is so full i can't download the new apps i need. Thanks for the review!

I was fine with the crease and didn't mind it at all. I even found it kinda fun to fidget with my thumb, but then one of my pointed it out saying how she didn't like the crease and now It's starting to get to me

I just ordered the Zflip 3 a few days ago. Should be here soon! So excited for this as I’ve been a hardcore apple user for the last 9 years. While I love apple I’m over the same old same old. This caught my eye for so many reasons and being a tech nerd , I’m willing to go back to Android to try something new and exciting. Until apple does something revolutionary I don’t see myself going back.

It reminds me of the Game Boy Advanced SP, and I really want one! I have stupid small pockets and I'm tired of my phone falling out all the time. Most of the damage to my phone's screen protector are from it just falling out of my pocket because I can't seem to get decent pockets. I thought about getting the first generation instead of my S20, but because it didn't have the water resistance and had a lot more drawbacks, I didn't. Now I'm seriously considering getting the Z3 when I finish paying off my S20 in April. I don't normally get a new phone until my current one has something wrong with it, and I wouldn't even be considering a new phone if it was just another whatever smart phone like all the others with slightly improved features, but something that's actually different and could be useful with its differences is very tempting.
