We dont have those microcenter stores in my state
how much did it cost
Smoothest intro i have ever seen
5:00 uncooked grain of rice? when its clearrrlyy an uneaten tictac
Could this build livestream MW2 keeping at least 120fps in game? Running the game at 1080p.
Bruh. First thing they do is recommend a 70$ screwdriver? Jesus christ no wonder ill never build a pc, shit costs way too much
Mini itx motherboard in a atx case is pure madnes
Small recommendation, if you have braided cables and an h510 flow or just any nzxt case, I recommend you loop them around the cable hider from the right not the left.
Not only is your store reliable, but it's cheap AF
im sticking to ur 1000 dollar pc lol (partly)
How much is the whole thing
i love your vids they help me a lot
MAKE AMAZON LINKS
yes that usb 3.2 plug should be difficult to plug in incorrectly, but as i discovered on my best friends pc, the installer certainly managed to. he thought his case peripherals were broken and so he just relagated to his rear io usbs, until i installed an additional hard drive and discovered the improperly seated cable on the motherboard and he is so pleased he can use his front facing plugs. the same installer also managed to damage a component on the motherboard putting in the graphics card and he lost the ability to plug in an ethernet cable to the rear io, until i got him a pci slot ethernet board. he likes the cable management of his super cramped case, pain in my ass getting the sata cable to the motherboard without pulling anything else out because i simply had no room or tools.
i on the other hand dont care about clean cables in my pc so long as things arent moving around near a fan or hotpoints. my case isnt designed to look in through a clear panel. its a rosewill thor v2 behemoth of a case that i have my plex server also inside the 5,25 inch bay space. i like the velcro tie downs so im not going to cut a cable during maintanance or replacing components.
im forwarding this video to the "professional" who put my best friends pc together.
Good day everyone. I have any opd PC that i want to upgrade for my son. If you have any suggestions on what i should include please share. Below is the PC DETAILS.
XP.tsp version : Last XP v22 USB.
CPU maker/model : Inter(R) pentium (R)4 CPU 3.00Ghz.
CPU speed and Installed memory : 2.99GHZ. 248MB OF RAM
THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP, I KNOW MY SON WILL LOVE IT😊
So you don’t need to spread the cpu paste with a credit card or anything?
No GPU in description Link?
Noctua doesn’t deliver to Mexico so that cooler thing won’t fly for me 🙁 something that can be build with just items that’s can be found on Amazon or even better Amazon’s Choice?
I can maybe understand putting a mini-ITX motherboard in a mATX case (rather than a mini-ITX case) for the sake of a new builder having some extra elbow room to work. But why in the heck would you put it into a full ATX case? And a windowed case at that! The build just looks silly now. (I would of course still take it if someone would care to give it to me, though. 😬 I would transfer the guts to a different case, but whatever.)
I would like to build one for my son but I don't have money… He likes games
what shooting game was he playing to test it out?
I challenge you Linus, to build a PC with the most power possible to run the latest games like Cyberpunk/Elden Ring at 60fps….but the goal is to use the least possible power.
The lower your power consumption, the better. Can you go lower than 150w? Just how low can you go?
$150 build fee? jesus christ!
Takes 30 minutes :/ Robbery!
Trying to build this a 3070 Ti. Is it worth it?
built this… of course I made a mistake.. I did not connect fans and cpu power before screwing in the board. I first tried to remove the top fan to give me room.. my big hands were still just too big. But I had to remove the mobo again. I think Linus forgets that everyone is his size because even screwing down the top-right corner of the mobo was an adventure. And, with the top fan in, even sliding the cpu-power connected mobo in required deftly moving the cpu power cable away from the fan. Linus made it look easy without the top fan installed. STILL.. video very helpful.. thumbs up. ALSO.. wish I was reminded to buy the BLACK Noctua. now I got all this black and silver and noctua tan/brown. Am 700 miles from a microcenter.. heck, when I lived 50 miles away from the Paterson NJ store I wouldn't go to Paterson. C'mon microcenter.. open an Orlando location.. this place is booming.
One personal point on CPU coolers: i would recommend against Corsair AIOs on AM4 not because of quality (theyre great) but because the mounting mechanism is annoying as hell for a first time builder
So I built this same pc and turned it on and now I have to watch another video for it to work… 🤔 maybe add who to get the pc running next time if this build process is so fool proof…
Would this build work with PCVR?
you know how much is 69$ in my country ? i have to work 15 days to get 69$ and then go buy a screwdriver with it lol
EVGA 650BQ 650 Watt 80 Plus Bronze ATX Semi-Modular Power Supply is it okay to use?
3060 is a good gpu? Planning to purchase one tomorrow. 3060ti costs ~700 cad
Will this build work in the Cooler Master NR200 with a small PSU?
So I'm considering building a pc and right now I'm using pc part picker to choose parts but I'm not sure if the websites to buy parts on pc part picker are safe. Does anyone know whether they have reliable websites since the part prices look to good to be true. The amount of times a said parts XD
i think my microcenter only does softline watercooling. I’d still do hardline myself even if it was free, and i think i will if i land a 4000 series gpu
So I tried to make this and the ram ended up in the graphics slot, the psu went into the ram slot, and the graphics card is no where to be found
Built my first PC with an EVGA 3080 RTX 12g paired with an I5-12600k.. a little stressful in the beginning but alot of its plug and play.. im just so happy I didn’t go the prebuilt way… Would have paid the same price, got the gpu i wanted, but would have gotten alot of low quality parts and bloatwear… Phewwwww
I'm just thinking about how my mid tower case is still a tight fit do to how skinny it is. It's only called a mid tower from the height.
Also I never knew a place like this existed until my sister boyfriend took her there for new computer parts just after mine came in the mail. I loved Fry's and hearing it going out of business was sad to me. I love window shoping there and seeing all the cool futuristic glowing computers. So knowing that micro center exists is a good thing for me in case I need an upgrade
Saying that DDR5 RAM will fit into just about anything is technically true but the only architecture that supports it right now is Alder lake. That's it. It's just wrong.
Watching these makes me want a pc again haven’t had one going on 15 years now
I might have missed it in the video, but can anybody tell me how much this build would cost based on current market pricing in the US?
