my shoes were filled with rain water while I was out in the rain, obviously. Ever since, I've washed them multiple times, put them for hours in sun light, sprayed with vinegar + water solution, still they stink & as soon as I take my feet out of them, the smell starts.

Foot care…….the stink is dead skin rotting in your shoes..use an abrasive after a shower or foot soak to get rid of dead skin.mostly the pads of your feet.be gentle between your toes.. it's very thin flesh and can damage easy.
