The turbo roaster puts steam inside the bird, the last part of the bird the oven heat penetrates to.
I have a similar corn stripper except its a rounded donut shape that holds the corn you've cut off – no mess. And it's worth it because corn on the cob does taste very different from canned or frozen corn. Much better .

Turbo rooster be damed cook the bird upside down at 325f. 34 way turn over stuff it roast rest of the way at425 -450 f. Shove a spoon into breast lift the rest just falls of the carcass and you can just pull the breast meat off cut and enjoy pple get a kick out of me doing it ever year and a few enjoy the 25+lb flip lol
