@9:00 You have to carry the pump when you go back from the travel, which ironically takes more space than it saves 😂 (unless you take many many bags)
in defense of packing cubes and against vacuum bags: if you're not completely alone in a hotel room and plan to stay with other people – let it be with friends, family or other people in a hostel or orher type of shared room – you are going to annoy all of the others whenever you want get something out of your bag (especially at night) because those wrinkly bags can get so loud
so even though packing cubes can't compress as much as vacuum bags they do about 80-90% of the job, you can get to your stuff way easier and quicker and don't annoy yourself and your surroundings

I have had that backpack for a few years now. It’s branded by a different company. I love it but it doesn’t Have the longevity I need. I used it for the a year and now it’s tucked away in my closet. I’d buy it again because it’s super cheap

This Matein backpack is good if you carry clothes or lightweight things, but it is so weak if you carry a laptop. Avoid this bag especially if you have a heavy laptop or gaming laptop.
