I spent so much money on them Philips hue lights only to realize I need internet to use em no more fancy lights for me lol
So I have to call out Nanoleaf for their Canvas and awful customer service. It’s crap. The connectors that link the tiles go out EASILY. I moved mine from one wall to the other and I had to buy a new set of connectors because the thin copper strips on them corroded!
My main control panel light also went out(got stuck in a boot loop after an update) and it was a hassle getting it replaced too. They wouldn’t honor my purchase date(one year limited warranty) at the Apple store(it had been 9 months). They said that since Apple bought a bulk supply, they had to go off Apple’s bulk order date. Which is BS. Wasn’t until I tagged the CEO on Twitter that anything was done about it.

There is a ton of things that are horrible about that Casper… worst… when the charger goes and that seems to a significant issue, the company DOES NOT SELL CHARGER REPLACEMENTS… I confirmed this with them today! 119 dollars and you can't replace the charger… JUNK
5:47 I mean the design looks simple and the colors a cool, but the lamp reminds me of a toilett brush.

Note how they now sell switches to control your smart lights so we've gone from controlling our lights through switched to controlling them through switches. You want the lights to blend into the decor and be as not noticeable as possible, anything else is just tacky, and as most homes have wall switches for lights, the majority of smart lighting should be by smart switches rather than increase the costs of replacing "consumables". Lights are for lighting, not to be centres of attraction.

Not sure what the point of the rings being removable is. They don't seem to have any purpose when removed from the base, and you don't even save much space by putting them away. I wonder if they sell spares.
