Deals for Days. Big home savings are happening now.
Arcade 1up needs to focus more on bartop/tabletop versions. I can totally afford one (or even many) of their games. But I don't have the space for them. I live in a condo in a big city. More importantly, they do not go with my home decor very well. If they had ones that could be put in the closet and then taken out for Star Wars, Tron, The Simpsons, and Zaxxon I would buy them all.
keep in mind, big blue may be taller but the screen is in the same area
Lol….
For the Simpsons game, is there a way to shut down the machine before flicking the switch OFF? Or you just flick the switch OFF at any time?
I just got a simpsons for $200. Patients pays off.
I wanna but one of those
Besides her decent review, she also has a decent attractive body!
They should
1. Reopen the original TMNT cabinet but with lit up marquee AND online playing. I know they have the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle 2 but most people prefer the original design.
2. Make the popular early 2000s game THE GRID and make it playable online. I will buy that one for sure.
my eyes were drawn to the dragon's lair cabinet. oh, how i loved that game!
Is this a commercial?
damn imagine paying $700 to run emulators
I have the original Tmnt, I just order X-men, I do like turtles in time but will pass since I have the original. The Simpsons I wasn’t a see some more reviews, the Simpson bowling doesn’t interest me. The cabs are looking better! I have an idea, make a dedicated Konami machine with turtles, X-men, and Simpson. When you pick you’re game the art work on the machine changes electronically. It would cost more but I would buy the consolidated unit, and make the full size so you can fit people comfortably.
Guys don't pay $700 for these. There are professionals that will put together what you need for a FULL SIZE VERSION for this much. You can buy everything yourself and cheaply. Look on YouTube, there's tons of tutorials and you'll have a custom machine that can play THOUSANDS of games, not 1 or 2.
The 2 best beat’em ups. Great taste
As the machines improve in quality, and have add-ons as standard features you must understand the price will go up. The first batch, galaga etc for 300 looks a robbery now compared to what you get for more money. Personally, just got my first (nba jam) and i really couldn't be any happier with the purchase . Best buy, with taxes was under 600$. So in my opinion 700 for Simpson's is fair. Hoping Santa Claus brings me one.
Update, i got Simpson's with all accessories for 500$!!! It went 100 off, 600 right before Christmas at best buy. So i not only got that, i got the extra 100 back on my NBA jam purchase with price match guarantee. Yay
About to do a full review for this, but overall it is a gorgeous cabinet and definitely a statement piece for the game cave, but in putting it together, there were some materials missing and I had to personally open up the game board and fix the Homer joystick myself, which was annoying, but fixable. For the $700 price tag, I can't say I 100% recommend it to anyone who doesn't happen to have a ton of money to spend on these. I would have expected it to be like $499 or $599 at the most.Having said all that, It is definitely still fun, and the bowling game actually is better than I would have imagined, believer it or not. Cheers!
You can literally download the Simpsons Arcade game on the SNES Mini Console, for FREE!
It is expensive for me, so i have installed emulators on my laptop, i bought a cheap xbox controller, and i plug my laptop to my tv, then i have an arcade
I bought Tmnt Aracade1up
Just a word of caution….Simpsons cab DOES NOT come with the trackball shown. Instead you get a yellowish and black one the size of a golf ball….it is NOT like golden tee trackball
Remember the good old days when Walmart was selling A1ups on clearance for $50? Thats how i got most of mine.
The big blue sure stands out
