It's classic return theft. They order a product, then say they don't want it and it's unopened. The retailer receives the return item and sees what they believe to be as a new product, or the worker that day doesn't know much about consumer electronics and doesn't notice anything off-putting. The product is then relisted for sale on Amazon, Best Buy, or other major online retailer. Then an unlucky customer buys it, then reports it to customer service to get a replacement. By that time, the original customer got away with a free processor, since there's no way to connect them to the scam product since it was washed through the returns process. This type of theft is super super common on Amazon especially. It's not the employees scamming, it's the customers.

Windows 10 search may be garbage but I hate and despise windows 11 exponentially more!! First it doesn't let you auto login that I am aware of, second the start menu is awful, third the menus are full of hieroglyphics, fourth the same menus in the absolute most idiotic annoying way possible say click to show more options. I know what some of you may be thinking and that is that there are fixes for that but Microsoft fixed it so the fixes don't work and we still have to put up with their insufferable GUI once again. Here is a tip for anyone who bought a computer with Windows 11. Windows 10 will work on the same computer with no problems at all. Even the drivers from windows 10 and 11 work on each other. I knew that Windows 10 might have a bit of difficulty finding some drivers so what I did was run a Powershell command to export them all while I still had Windows 11. I just made sure to have them on an external drive since I was going to clear out all of the Windows 11 partitions and clean install Windows 10. It worked flawlessly. Now about those devices that it couldn't find the drivers for, you still have that export of the drivers don't you? Right click on those and go to update driver and then point it to the folder or drive they are in. You don't have to find the right driver folder, Windows will find the correct one. Just do that for each of those yellow triangles and soon you may notice things that were not working now working. On many newer laptops both WIndows 10 and 11 don't have the touch pad driver already and that can be annoying if you have an HP elan touch pad. The annoying part is finding the right driver for it, they tend do show multiple drivers that don't work and one that does but it may be frustrating to find the right one with all the time it can take.

You could find a good deal on these fake cpus, WAAAY better than what you find on Best Buy, buy one, send it to Best Buy and tell them they sent you a knockoff and get the real thing.
