Why do you have a batman figure in your toilet and your cabinet
As for thre first one… Pretty sure it's more common to shove a whole bunch of grocery bags inside one grocery bag and usually have it hanging out of the way somewhere. Why go through all of that other stuff when you already have a container within the item itself? It takes up not much space and keeps it all tucked away. The baby wipe container idea is nice but if you're resorting to a box of some kind just shove them in one of its own bags, since it's not like you're keeping it neat.
