Awesome Tips Galaxy Note 20 Ultra review: 1 year later
The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra was a great phone launched at the wrong time. But a year later, with Samsung confirming there won’t be a new Note in 2021, this phone has a lot more going for it. Not only is it significantly more affordable than before, but it still offers strong performance, great cameras and, of course, a built-in home for the S Pen.

Thanks for watching! Let me know if you have any other tips and tricks to get the most out of the Note π±
Note 20 ultra best phone I've even used. I have to say that I definitely love it more than my iphone 13 pro max
Just ordered 1 so getting high on glowing reviews π
I am planning to buy a new Note 20 ultra now in Nov 2022. Is it worth?. Anyone facing green screen issues in this model?
Is it still having the same water resistance?
My phone let water inside after just about 3 minutes of water exposure with only part of the phone inside a river. I had to repair it. I suspect the heating issues tampered the back panel to let water inside.
those glares on the edges of the display.. it's just awful.. i got the S20FE
So nobody misses the blinking bezel notification of the Note 9? Dont get me wrong, I love my Ultra, but I'm never gonna get rid of the Note 9,its thee most complete phone ive ever used after the Note 3, I used an Iphone for a week and it felt like I've moved from a Maybach to a Toyota corolla π€¨. I tried so hard to love it but failed, only interesting thing was the selfie shots using the π logo
I love her! β₯οΈβ₯οΈβ₯οΈ
I saw the PUBG slide & im now soldππ
Thanks for the vid, WOW, microsd storage IS HUGE, brings me back. I am a sucker because with the S21 5G Ultra it is a major PAIN to do shots, movies, etc. Barely able to use the full capabilities of the lenses because of storage… So lame… Hoping for a new note soon, probably going to switch over it is better, more robust, and has solid storage. Sad because we spent so much on these things.
Hello.
I just bought this phone 2 weeks ago, but idk why the batter doesnt last that long. i did all the necessary option to save batter (dark theme, power save, etc) but still i charge it to 100% and it goes to 97 without even touching it. I have a Note 20 Ultra Exynos model since i live in Europe. does the batter get better over time or that is just a myth cuz i never heard of such thing before?
Thank you
Coming off a note 9, I could get the S22 Ultra but instead I'll be getting the Note 20 Ultra for all the features mentioned including which is MST. It's 2022 and I still find that half of the merchants I go to still do not support NFC payments since they still use older credit card terminals. So having MST on my Note 9 have been very useful for me and I intend on fully utilizing the last MST smartphone for at least another 5 years or so.
β @Lexy Savvides can I just use 2 physical sim cards in Galaxy note 20 ultra like other old dual sim phones without using SD card and Esim ?
the camera on this phone is so hopeless that i decided to sell this phone. the protruding island of the camera greatly spoils the body of the phone. apart from what I mentioned, the work of the phone is flawless.
Just got mine $300 unlocked with a case and the box. But….it's the same phone as my Note 10+
I love my Note 20 Ultra features; however, has anyone run into the problem and fix for the flash lense moisture condensation? I don't know how this happened but now all my flash photos come out cloudy!!!
Just got mine from ebay. So far so good. Mine is a 512gb with SD card support wad a must for me. It's a great phone. Great review keep up the good work.
I still haven't figured out all the great features on my Note 9. And it's only been a few years.
i registered the same fingerprint twice so it works better at recognizing my fingerprint.
it's by far the worst note I've owned honestly
I'm thinking of switching to this from my Fold 2. The fold is nice but I miss a flat screen and I want the pen
Great review! I have a Note 20 5G Ultra, is it worth upgrading to a 22 Ultra?
Samsung is removing features that created itβs note fan base. Iβm not surprise that they will kill the note line. They are trying to attract apple customers. Yet they fail to understand that apple customers are loyal to their brand because of one reason. That Reason is Reliability. Why would an apple fan switch to a company that abandon their own fan base to get a new one.
I ve been loyal to Samsung notes from quite some years. I bought this device directly from Samsung store. Note 20 ultra is the worst choice to go for. Battery is worst, drains like anything as soon as you browse or use any simple apps. 5g is slow, processing is not good compared to older Notes. Screen scroll feel is like a cheap device. Pen has issues. DON'T BUY AND WASTE UR HARD EARNED MONEY
Is it true that the note 20 keeps disconnecting from the networks?
Can anyone answer this question? Does this note require a screen protector OR does it come with a pre-installed one (other than the plastic shipping cover)?
According to Samsung as of last Thrusday 4-14-2022 they will NOT make another "Note". The "S" series with the S-Pen is the "noteworthy" replacement model. I do not like the idea of No MicroSD card slot with their newer phones so this is a plus in my opinion for the Note 20 Ultra. If Samsung eliminates the MicroSD then they will be just like everyone else and that bums me out and I will probably go somewhere else.
I have owned Note 20 for a year. I am satisfied. You explain very nicely and interestingly. I wish you good health and success π
I have a Galaxy Note 9, a Galaxy Note 10 Plus, and recently bought a Galaxy Note 20 Ultra on prepaid. I always wanted a Samsung Galaxy Note phone since forever. Now that I own the last 3 Galaxy Note Series flagships from Samsung, the similarities and differences between the three are kinda surprising. They are very much alike in many ways. And do different jobs for me. And they all do their jobs well. The S22 Ultra is a Note 22 Ultra with different features. So why not call it a Note 22 Ultra? That's as bad as MTV not playing music. Which is the case, by the way. I use my Note 9 primarily for headphone jack duties. The Note 10 Plus is my main phone and daily driver. And is still my workhorse. I'm auditioning my recently bought Note 20 Ultra to become my new main phone. But, will I kind of doubt it. Because the Note 10 Plus is still so awesome!!
The fingerprint reader is rubbish but can be improved a little by toggling screen sensitivity on.
Thank you for the indepth review of this phone. I have loved the note phones sense like the note 4 and i am wanting to get this phone as well. The last one i had was the note 9 and i loved it so i am hoping I will love this one as well!
Currently sitting with the Note10+, and I've been honestly thinking of switching over to the 20 Ultra just because of that smooth 120hz display, and that gorgeous bronze color..
I still have another 2 weeks before I'll decide, so I'll come back when I decide.
And yeah, that expandable storage is the only thing that made me choose my note 20 ultra over the s21 ultra π And I didn't know u could use the touchless Samsung pay even if a terminal doesn't support it π€
Add far as the finger print reader, she only taps it. That's why it might not always work. All u have to do is hold your thumb there for literally one second. Let's not forget that it has to actually scan your print
