Not budget all expensive
How much money
I search youtube in search of "best battery duration laptops" and results are too random…and no one seem to know which laptop is the best in battery category".
As a truck driver I only charge my surface go when I get acess to wall plug which can happens 1 day per week or even 2 weeks so Im limited to 2 hours and half (easy to run, low spec) gaming.
U guys clearly don't know anything
Clearly, CNET have no idea what "budget" means.
Budget for me & most is $500 and less 🤟
The latest laptops are turning speedier. And expecting better results with newer Mediatek modems that promise up to 7.9gbps speed.
This was a really good mixture of a lot of things so yes I prove this message but I would actually still recommend the M1 macbook is plenty powerful it's cheaper and why would you spend $200 more for A1080P camera
Wtf is “budget” about any if these except that Lenovo Chromebook…
What happened to the “$300 get me through college” laptops that had an i3 or equivalent (not lower – no Celerons or “Pentium”).
They looked like crap and most everything about them was just”ok” – but they were fast enough to get plenty done and usually had 1 memory slot available when you needed to improve performance.
Everything now is soldered on and stuck at that level…
Anyway – sorry this old man is yelling at clouds again…
Crap video wasted my time
Budget friendly? LOL good joke
My Surface Laptop Go's battery sucks so bad. Time to get a fanless chromebook for my casual web browsing
Lol in my country that thing is 5k 🤣🤣🤣
why the laptops look so small are we back in the 60s with netbook.
No headphone jack on a laptop is an AUTOMATIC NO BUY!!!
🖕🖕🖕
Hey CNET these are not budget friendly. I can buy a 12 Gb 3080 for less than these "budget friendly laptops"
Pro tip. Want your laptop to last? Stop blocking heat vents. Put something hard and flat on the bed, couch etc then put the laptop on that.
Better still get a simple usb cooling pad.
Chromebooks are not real laptops and neither are tablets.
Two expensive ☹️
A Chromebook is NOT a laptop, it's a Chromebook. I consider a laptop, like most of the world, to have a file browser and the ability to install programs. If I can't run this program or utility, game, etc, it's a Chromebook or tablet.
A Surface Pro is a much better option, but it's a Windows tablet. A Surface Laptop Go 2 is a budget Windows tablet.
I would like to see a better breakdown of devices. For example, these are good for kids. These models are good for your parents or grandparents. This model is good if you want to do some photo or video editing. You get the idea.
I wouldnt consider 750-1k budget friendly. Acer line of laptops offer great value for around $500
Macbook is a budget laptop 🤔🤐
