Comments

  1. i got myself dell latitude 7390 i7 8th gen 16gb and 512gb for 287 dollar pretty happy with purchase and student friendly too.

  2. title: SNAPDRAGON
    reality: INTEL.BLAH BLAH BLAH

  3. Kind of expensive, might as well get an M1 mac and throw Linux on it

  4. have linux version?

  5. I won't run windows in ARM processor. I will run Linux on it.

  6. Can I use it for graphics designing and video editing??

  7. Why windows on arm failing is
    1. Microsoft Windows waiting for good processor
    2. Cpu maker waiting for soft. developer support for arm
    3. Soft. Developer waiting for good processor and microsoft deal with Snapdragon

  8. Finally some good keyboard layout…but the must have %#$$% up something – no x86 but arm…

  9. So it's like these are the new netbooks with more power but will cost like a regular laptop? I like the size, I think we're leaning towards powerful on-the-go medium-sized gadgets nowadays.

  10. I wish windows arm laptops and tablets went down in price

  11. Looks interesting, but I'd love to have it as a tablet form. That could be a worthy contender to Microsoft Surface Pro X.

  12. šŸ¤£šŸ™€ ahhhhh it's the return of the mouse nubšŸ¤£ ah that's so 2000

  13. In my mind today when I woke up there were two questions. What are the neo-capitalists / liberal in the west doing and what is putin the socialist-radical doing? Now, I have a third question: 3.) Does it run Linux?

  14. W-ARM just killed WIntel and W-AMD

  15. Windows on snapdragon/ARM cpu will only be a success if microsoft provides some tool for conversion of x86 applications into ARM apps like how apple did or else it won't take off immediately

  16. Pretty good for those at work – light, thin, fanless true all day battery on heavy use, built in LTE, always onā€¦

Hopefully Qualcom, MediaTek, Samsung etc.. really advance ARM to also be truly comparatively powerful as current x86 tech.

Maybe AMD, NVidia and Intel ought to consider get into designing ARM – NOT buying it in NVidiaā€™s case.

ARM could take over general PCs and have bulky Servers, infrastructure stuff handled by x86.

  17. That's fuckin expensive macbook air will be a loooot better choice

  18. It looks stunning, a lot better than macs in my opinion, although the price is more than M1 air and the performance of the chip most likely will dwarf the M1 air. I wonder how is Windows on ARM these days?

  19. HOW MUCH???!!

  20. Students can't afford it

  21. no way…. apple M1 is way cheaper and way faster than this garbage and overpriced

  22. all he taled was intel

  23. 28 hours is great.
