  1. I have the same storage issue on 8t. never buying oneplus again

  2. Because it is own by china

  3. Oh, Xiaomi sometimes will ring but I can't answer because there is no phone app. No answer screen. No notification bar. No task open. I have to watch as the call goes unanswered

  4. I guess I'll cancel my OnePlus ace 5g order…..

  5. I am glad ,finally someone talked the reality.)

  6. I threw at a wall last year my OnePlus 9 Pro , I was so mad to keep resetting the phone so I can use it. I have a Realme GT2 Pro now and I'm so happy with the Realme , I wish I had done this earlier. I never want to hear from OnePlus again … I don't know how to root or make changes in the software, the phone was full of problems. My wife had a Xiaomi 11t and now a Xiaomi 12t , she had no problems either. We had Huawei p30 pro's and when they gave up on Google we were forced to buy something else and it seems that OnePlus was a bad choice for me .

Edit: I have damage insurance and if I get angry I smash it, it happens to me often especially when I want a new phone 🤣and for personal reasons I will never buy Samsung or Apple, both companies ripped me off and I don't forget easily .

  7. i never faced any of these problems with op9 pro

  8. Bought a 6. Never opened the package. When one plus ran out and the hype was at its max, put it for sale to the highest bidder, easy $600 one happy UBC student

    But still better than samsung.

  9. Allow me to say what happened. A Guy named Noah Kravitiz started Phonedog phone review and this in turned started a slew of many cell phone reviewing sites across the youtube platform. Noah really should be named the Architect and Godfather of this Now Industry. He basically brought cell phones into mainstream media never alone encouraging countless of home bodies to create their own channels. The Manufacturers noticed an untapped market so they all took jumps. Noah Also coined the Phrase "Premium Materials" something I Hated from the time he used it to describe IPhones over everyone else. This term is so misleading because Premium isn't about Rare Substances but more of labeled materials. Build Quality was based on Feel Not Actually Strength and Endurance. Well Now Here we are 2023. Noah is I think in the sails of the world and Every person and their mom has rated phones by now. No offense toward you because this is the 1st time seeing you so respect to you and your channel but the amount of manufacturers there were and the creativity of phones have been dead. Especially compared to 10 years ago. Where there were many now there is Not so much. Reviewers have basically destroyed their own game by picking favorites over marketing them from an unbiased standpoint. Now you have ONLY the 2 Big Players taking the market for themselves and everyone else is backing away again. Video killed the radio star in cell phone industry. I remember when 1 Plus came to be now its sad to see their demand has shriveled to a point they are suffering like those of old HTC Motorola and Others. Sad but True. The market is pretty much dying to dead and Samsung and Apple will forever ask Incredible Prices for Shyt Phones. The Sales People Outsold their own industry.

  10. I think my dad was made by OnePlus. My mom has always said he doesn't clean up after his log dumps well

Ironically posting this from my OnePlus8T

  11. A little over a year ago, I bought a Google Pixel 6, but it had several bugs, the worst being that my calls would go straight to voicemail. I took the Pixel 6 back to the store, and they told me that several customers complained about the same issue. The store offered to exchange the phone, however, the Samsung S22 was not available, so I opted for the OnePlus 9. The only issue I had was that the unlock sensor would not recognize my fingerprint at times, the problem was remedied in a future update. Since then, I had no more issues other that I don't like Oxygen OS 12. I'm patiently waiting on the Samsung S23.

  12. End of OnePlus era!
OnePlus 7 may be the last OnePlus phone ever

  13. Like you said, colour OS sucks
    It feels cheap

  14. Its fun how this 6-month old video pops up, just days after gettin my 8T xd

  15. They went from being flagship killer low price devices to mediocre devices with flagship prices

  16. 7 pro was their last good phone and they fcked it up with a software update too and still hasn't fixed all the issues, they fixed most tho. One plus 7 pro user btw

  17. Yep…. After an update my Nord N10 no longer (a) records audio when making a video in selfie camera mode…and (b) no longer recognizes any USB connection to any computer. So cannot make a wired data transfer of data (pictures) from the phone to my laptop or desktop. Their support methods have had zero response for a fix. 🤷🤦

  18. brandons switcher problem is because he has a 3rd party launcher and that doesn't work with almost any phones if you use gesture nav. not a oneplus issue I have had this on samsung and xiaomi

  19. Still holding on to my 8T & just replaced the charging port that got loose

  20. Oxygen implementation of android 13 is genuinely horrendous, stupid design choices that make the UI look like an ugly, unreadable mess, tons of usability issues like overtly strict swiping, the removal of the audio source button (one of reasons I bought this phone to begin with), my phone went from working fine to being an ugly, unsable mess that I never would have purchased, overnight. I'm probably going to revert to android 12 and then never purchase a OP product again.

  21. Oneplus is cheap unworthy Chinese brand 🤣🤣🤣🤣

  22. My one plus 9 pro has a somewhere around a 5 hour battery life, it’s basically new and never used for anything hard

  23. Oneplus 3T is the best tbh.

  24. I have the OnePlus 9 pro…one of my boys stayed on the OnePlus 6(because of the jack to earphones) anyway…I'm still happy with my OnePlus 9 pro…seing video's on YouTube vs the pixel 7 pro …mine is still faster ..i know the pixel has a better camera …but mine can record video in 8 k …looks like the pixel only have 1080×60 …but i don't understand why OnePlus only have telephotos like 3,3 times or 2 times on the pro 11 …it's a downgrade

  25. OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G is it any good now ?

  26. I have the 8T. I personally like it but I definitely won't be going to OnePlus in the future

  27. For me oneplus really peaked on 7pro. Android 11 was fine. Since 12 rolled in it actually made experience worse. Like wtf

  28. It's funny how there are a ton of review channels, they stand there and talk good or bad about OTHER ppls tech or products, yet none of you reviewers have any products of your own,,,I really miss the old YOU TUBE

  29. Really funny how that lady is complaining about how crappy it is, yet she starts by saying"I've had this phone for over a year now'

  30. My OnePlus 7 has treated me well. Even through ota updates while rooted. It's a trick to do, but bugs are minimal, and with Magisk I can still use banking apps and Google Pay no problem. I'm hoping this phone lasts forever tbh

  31. I got the OnePlus 10 Pro and honestly haven't had a single issue, love that its close to stock android, and have no issue with APN settings or anything you have reported. Linus should revisit this now and the upcoming 11.

  32. I don't like OxygenOS 12 as much as OxygenOS 11, it is okay, but litle things like app drawer not having the first row of priority or recom, emded or what ewer not being there anymore, the new icon pack sucks, moving self from far left to right corner, that you can't change indivitual app icons anymore, the new Art+ Icons option that you can't turn of and in my opinion ruins the icons and the overall UI isn't as good as in OxygenOS 11 propably because it is ColorOS now.

Thank you thought I was the only one these thoughts!!

  33. Correction: Google and Xiaomi both allows rooting/unlocking without losing warranty. Just like OnePlus. But I can't find any other manufacturers out there.

  34. Just because they were bought by Oppo…

  35. I've had 1+ 9pro for a year and half and like my 1+ 7 pro the charging port was broken. Also I can't stand the ColorOS for clumsy and lack of featuring. So I bought myself a Fold 4 and decided never touch any of those brand again.

  36. Got the one plus Nord 2t and while I've only gotten 1 bug with the setup notification.other than that it's been a solid phone.and got it super cheap as well for £298 and the ear buds which came to £342.97 was a package deal. Only thing I'm worried about now is if this bug with the dump files is still happening.

As well as the insane charging speed. The battery graph is almost vertical it's insane it can fully charge from 0-100% in under 28 mins. even with battery conserving features enabled.has me worried long term

  37. I am a huge OnePlus fan still using OP5 and it works like a charm… I know i am missing out on major Android updates and newest hardware features but my OP5 does what I need from it very well… I can click decent pics, play COD comfortably… I hope OnePlus goes back to its roots before i have to switch my phone coz in their current state i won't buy any OnePlus product.

  38. I think one plus 6 was the end of their line. After that they just got worse.

  39. i come late into op, got a op7 pro and a op8t the 8t stopped me modding android =( i didnt have to do anything to it =( – best phone ive had after the note 4

  40. My OnePlus issues ended when I dropped it on a rock and broke the screen (which costs more than a good used 8 pro to purchase) and I then bought an lg v60. I now have about 1/10th of the software glitches and more frequent software updates (despite lg being out of the phone market). I'm watching to see if OnePlus ever gets their head back in the game because if the replacement display prices eventually drop in half it might be worth fixing.
