by the way, right now since hogwarts havent optimized their game yet, turning on ray tracing actually makes it bad. until they will have the proper update, suggest to turn it off, it actually makes it look worse. if others will see this comment, do not turn on ray tracing in hogwarts legacy until they will fix it!!!!

What app/software are you using to see the FPS/temps all in one hud?
If you are building the "ultimate gaming PC", you should be FULL custom water loop cooling at least your CPU & GPU, rather than spending an INSANE amount of money on a single relatively small AIO. The custom water loop could be expanded to cooling the PCIe5 M.2 SSDs which are insanely hot, & more radiators = better cooling at lower fan speeds which is quieter & cheaper on electricity & can look amazing with the extra RGB – especially if you get the dual active backplate on the RTX4090 which looks AMAZING!
You could also use 6,400MT/s RAM which work fine with the latest infinity fabric, & a CL of no more than 30 for max performance.

you cant call this the worlds fastest gaming pc. besides nit picking obvious flaws like the fact that its not liquid nitrogen cooled, the CPU cooler isn't even the best AIO for the range. Arctic Freezer II 420mm is obviously better, as well as noctua fans. The 4090 FE is also very far from being the best GPU. any asus, msi, or aorus card would destroy it side by side.

I had the exact same thing happen with a Gigabyte B550-I board. Wouldn't output video after a bios update. Had to short the CMOS every time to get it to post. Sent it back to Gigabyte and they said it was fine. Put it into a different system and it worked fine. So… dunno… IT friends say it's hard to not stick with Asus.

FH5 does actually have ray tracing for your car when you’re out and driving. It’s the Extreme and Ultra settings that enable it.

Always love watching your builds, your enthusiasm and dad jokes gets me excited about it all 😁 Would absolutely LOVE to see a 13900k & 7950X3D face off as I am so stuck on what to get, I game hardcore (I want all the ultra settings etc.) on 1440p but also use Photoshop/Premier Pro/Lightroom a lot for my Photography and video content. I know the 13900K is probably my best go-to option for both but I want the highest FPS possible for games on ultra at 1440p 👏

well it did last when RTX6090 took over since they skip 5th gen and went into 6th due to hopper was made for only servers, well amd gonna need huge and lot catching up…when its not one generation upgrade …but 2 gen upgrade with performance that nvidia broke every benchmark glass ceiling gonna required new software to give new numbers when 6090 broke huge record that it went all 999999…wow

The problem with the motherboard is simple. In one word
Gigabyte.
I have never had a trouble free gigabyte motherboard.
Asus, MSI and Asrock are much more reliable, especially Asus.
Is that cpu better than the 13900ks
