the big Enter key is smaller. the ESC is the Corsair logo. the number keys are a little different. the Enter key on the number back is abit different
Have been thinking between corsair k95 plat xt or steelseries apex 7 tkl.. which one should I get? I mainly focus on fps game
Can this be programed for photoshops or premiere or davinci ?

I almost got this but the grey/blue G keys on the left edge was a deal-breaker for me (yes call me shallow lol). Have always been a big fan of Corsair- my AIO cooler, PSU, mouse, mouse-mat & K70 Rapid-fire keyboard are all one happy Corsair family. Unfortunately, even the flagship K100 also had off color G keys so I ended up with a Razer Huntsman Elite. But I still think Corsair makes the most stunning RGB keyboards.
This board is on sale for like 140 on the site, I’m torn between this or a steelseries apex pro
Whats the difference between s and g keys?
Thank you for the positive criticism regarding the XT. I will not bother buying that, and will go for the 2017 version. An extra $60 just for some keys and a wristpad, I don't think so. I would love the idea of having 6 LCD/OLED keys for macro keys and tenkeys be changed to LCD/OLED, too. I'd buy that.
Is it hot swappable ?
Corsair officially had lost their mind. Not only they got this stupid icue as an excuse to control RGB while spying on you. Now they want you to bloat you system even more just for 6 macros keys?! This is madness 🤣🤣🤣

what if you dont want or ever use elgato/streamdeck software? cant you programme the extra keys to something else? if not seems pointless having them – either way, i bought the OLDER one as it was £80 cheaper

I'm honestly in love with the cherry mx blues on the Corsair K95 Platinum XT. Now that I have my own mechanical keyboard, it's fun to see all the different types of switches that are out there

Also worth noting that the xt models uses a different backend that separates it from the traditional keyboards, incl the regular k95, so finding compatible linux software as of now is pretty much nonexistant, you'd have to create that yourself.
PREACH!!! Give us more innovation not more of the same. I'm still trying to buy the original with the 3 rows of macros even now (that's how i ended up here today).
