I have g502 wireless for many years … But dont buy it 😂 IS shit…. Too much weight.. i have small medium hand and shes too Big for fingertipgrip some soreness wrist and uncomfortable grip… I think im going try gpro superlight or v2 viper pro
I always had regular office mice.
At some point in the nineties I played TFC with a modded Madcatz Panther XL.
The mod was the guts of a laser mouse (we used to have BALLS in the bottom. lol) under the trackball.
A friend had one too and I never understood why this didn't take off.
Anyway, just got a new pc so ordered a gaming mouse! The G502 HERO and after seeing your video it makes sense why it keeps popping at the bottom after a pull on the scroll wheel. 😂

Between g502 lightspeed and basilisk ultimate witch one you preffer for normal work not gaming
Personally I just got this for myself on sale for half off on Amazon thanks to Black Friday as well as a G512, I already use a ‘heavy’ mouse, the deathadder essential at 96 grams, so I doubt the weight will be that much of a difference, I also play lots of BF1 so a sniper button would be nice. My desk I also a mess with my monitor having an wide stand so that really gets in the way of my mouse cable as it gets stuck under things which is a pain in the ass in the middle of a game! So the light speed I think is the right choice.

I feel more in control of the g502 than my previous mice (zowie fk2, razer viper ultimate). It's far more comfortable, and wouldn't you know it, all the youtube tech reviewers complaining about the weight of the g502 were either completely exaggerating, or just hyper fixating on something that barely has any negative impact.. It also has better mouse feet than both, where the zowie uses slower mouse feet, and the razer viper ultimate uses some of the most scratchy abominations as feet I've ever seen, unusable on hard pads.
Honestly feels like most tech reviewers just kind of follow along with what everyone else is saying, or try their hardest to avoid criticising fan-favourite products, this is one of the few tech review channels I still have faith in.
I've been using corsair katar pro for a while, before that i used the g402… flicks are nice with the lighter mouse but the control of heavier mouse with a bit higher sens is the sht. i was accused of cheating as well in cs go with the g402 haha g402 is 108g and its just as comfortable as the g502

g502 is like i play ff14 or wow so i need more than two side buttons, but I also play csgo for two days after watching the global finals, so i don't keed TOO kuch side buttons, and i also do editing and read lots of documents so the infinite scroll is nice to have.
why did mine become slow in like 3 days. I use mac and I charged it fully and its still slow
Don't buy this product. Customer service in Europe doesn't exist. I have a faulty mouse and I am waiting a month for their reply even if they assured me that their reply would come in 72 hours. They are scammers.
It's pretty funny that you did so well with it and still think lighter mice are better. Do people really think they aim and play better the lighter the mouse is? LOL. Try aiming with a mouse that's 5 grams.

I was just about to buy the Logitech G Pro X Superlight Wireless Gaming Mouse but now I think I'm going to go with this one instead. I don't care that much about the weight, as the one I'm using already weighs 120g. But I do care about a mouse I can use both to gaming and office, as well as quiet clicking noises. I think G502 has the G Pro beat in both these aspects.
What do you think? You think G502 is the better choice?

I have the corded one. I needed a new one. It was basically either that, or going straight to an mmo mouse. However that one, was like $70. While I’d love more buttons, this one is really good. And the extra burtons are great, I love them. It definitely feels better than other mice I’ve used (I have long hands, a lot of stuff is just too small). I probably would increase the size just a little and add more buttons. But honestly it’s such a step up still and I think it was a good price.

Super comfy mouse sadly tho had 2 and both left click switches took a poop on me in a month. Im not super versed in hardware stuff so i wasnt going to try and change put the switches either.
I still have the G502 Hero. My 502 Proteus middle click broke after six months. I contacted Logitech and they replaced it with a hero for free. I just replaced it with a Shroud and it’s awesome as well.

Wasn't expecting that intro, but honestly was a great laugh and thoroughly enjoyed the change of pace between popular reviewers.
Couple days ago I bought the G502 Hero and must say I like the narrow design and grip of it. My hands is on the small side so I tend to have issues reaching all the buttons on most gaming mice. That's not the case for the G502 Hero so I think I found my mouse of choice.
I have about 3 of these mice. Older versions with older sensors and the newer ones. G502 had been my fav since like 2016.
I thought I would have a problem with the G502's weight but it's honestly really nice I would recommend it
