The problem with watching these VODs on youtube is that live chat is unreadable. Though that's only for some channels.
1:12 And why do we have to connect infrastructure to the internet? Because of globalism and governmental control. The risk to the general population is a risk the elite is willing to take😊
It would be nice to get rid of the left windows key, not to replace it with the AI key, just replace it with a 27th letter so I could use that key for gaming,
since I’m a veteran 13 year of gamer, that key could be used for something like Escape From Tarkov or literally anything, I’m starved for keys within my WASD reach.
Or Roccat could be cool and make a sequel to the Tyon, check that mouse out.
The roccat tyon was a mouse made for MEN. Long live that old ass mouse.
I swear to Christ I’d pay $400 for a roccat tyon with a modern optical sensor like the hero
21:20 i never get signed out of anything anywhere! kinda weird.
If someone has a key logger and screen capture on my PC, I'd be screwed. I keep my passwords in an encrypted file that I can access if I forget them. (Which I do as they're all different.) That file is backed up on the cloud, so if my pc was lost/stolen, I'd still have access to it.
I always set my browser never too remember/ autofill passwords.
46:50 you use more water to flush than the bidet it self
0:44 Yes, HealvsBabyFace did that some time
Datamining is destroying everything digital with software.
I can't understand why north americans never use bide
seeing linus pull up twitter income numbers was mind blowing. At their size i wouldve expected at least consistently triple digits…
at 10K subs on YT i literally make more than their over half a million followers on twitter… I know its more short form content that's ahrder to advertise on and (much like YT shorts) would have a lower CPM but that is ridiculously low… Mr. beast is 100% right to stay the hell away from that
2024
2:32:30 adding to that climate crisis is here and will only get worse
One big reason why ppl no one uses Tiktok to post videos and make YouTube money is because no one thinks of tiktok for serious videos. Everything there is thought of for short vidoes that are silly and/or stupid. Can anyone keep track of just how awful tiktok inspired trends have been started?
1:29:45 The machine I run at work had a temperature tantrum a while ago. It has a hot jaw for sealing plastic that is supposed to be around 130c give or take a few degrees and it's normally fine but during break it decided 400 was a better number so we came back to a terrible smell and had to shut that thing down real quick, that turned out to be a relay that just got stuck, after a reset it was fine for the next few days, but my boss wasn't happy to let it sit there like that again so got it replaced.
Loved that Luke casually leaked that DPU (Dan Processing Unit) is the CPU of WAN Show.
One detail you missed regarding the train drm is that the train manufacturer had to release all service parts and documents which was stated in the purchase contract. They obviously didn't so legal action might be taken against them.
In regards to the Newag Trains one,it's not a reliability or warranty issue because they're required to provide the maintanace and parts manuals for anyone to be able to maintain the trains. What they did was put DRM into thier code to break the trains if anyone BUT them repaied it which is against EU laws. Previously there was an override key combinations as it's a safety issue if the train was to shut down in the middle of the tracks for no reason. Apparently the new update removed that capability – there is no more override to get the trains moving again.
Twitter isn’t safe for kids either which makes up most of mr beast viewers
23:45 If you have both factors in the password manager you just defeated the whole point of 2FA………………………
Logging completely out of teams is not a thing by default. Review the sessions settings in conditional access or check if you are posture assessing the end point which can kick you out.
In my experience Steam logs you out if the computer is turned off for a long time (at least weeks) or if your computer bluescreens a lot shortly after you see the desktop, because of your bad overclocking skills
19:54 you guys know about WhatsApp?
It’d be great to have the merch messages in an archive so I can focus on the show and read them after.
22:30 – I do this, but I also host the password manager myself, and no one else has access to it.
Linus hates hotdogs confirmed 😂
Google dosnt sign me out on computer at all. I'm from europe btw of that matters.
All the video game systems I had growing up were second hand. My parents got me a snes for Christmas with some games she bought from her sister who was buying her son a psone for xmas (so the original ps1 had been out for a bit). I loved that system and still have it to this day complete with those game cartridges with my cousin's name written on the back. Later around 2006 i started working my first job after school and me and my friends saved enough to buy used OG xbox's and halo 2 and had LAN parties almost every weekend at each other's houses on old crappy CRT tvs we found at garage sales. I remember mine's power button didn't work and had to slap the top and it would turn on, and would also randomly turn off and the worst time. Lot of good memories where had that I'd not trade for all the money in the world
20:00 – Facebook logs me out every damn day, I've been signed in on Gmail for a year now.
I use a password manager (paid family licence) for all of my secure data like passwords, payments, addresses etc but store all the 2fa details in a separate password manager (free local only). Neither password manager has the password to the other password manager.
Why Linus got a dam 8 pack abs 2:07:56
Must be cause you have a business Gmail account. Mine never signs out on my PC so I dunno what the month thing you are talking about is about.
Obviously it's emoji.
I think the AI keyboard button is kinda dumb and redundant. I think a solution where you double tap the Windows start button could activate AI functionally
