That's probably what my g502 hero would look like if it didn't start to have that awful double click feature, making playing anything impossible.

Seems like a not the typical consumer moment as they have so much tech to swap around. Those old mouse with rubber sides get worn down after a couple years of wear

literally have the same mouse the razer ballistic v2 and mine isn't dirty but there is a slot for my thumb now 😂
That rubber wears out very easily. I bought one that did that within a year. So what surprise me is that they don't clean their stuff.

Mine is worse than that… mine has a hole in the side and its not overly old. 4 years maybe?
The mouse I used at work was brand new when I started using it (fresh from the box) and after 5 1/2 years, there is a significant wear on the side where my thumb rests
I have the same mouse. 2.5 years, no damage. It’s just become a work mouse
Now i'm curious how old that mouse is, that is an insane level of wear.
I have the same mouse as in the video the basilisk. It has a wear spot after 3yrs. I’d guess that’s a 3-5yr old louse.

I use alcohol pads to clean my mouse and I've noticed it is starting to deteriorate the material Logitech uses.
