This card is not worth at all. Not even at the price of $999? 😂😂 If you have a 4070 ti. You are set for a while. Or even an rx 7900 xt, you are good to go. Just saying.
Serious question: Where the hell can I get a 5080 or 5090 in the UK if not on a prebuilt PC? I have all the pieces to build my first PC and I was waiting for the 50 series to drop so I could buy it. Now I have a 99% set up PC that´s missing a GPU. This is absolutely ridiculous.
I´m actually considering travelling to another country to get one.
Finally someone reviewing this. The Aorus Master ICE is literally the only white 5090, and I have no damn idea how it performs in terms of thermals and noise. This is at least some sort of indicator.
I have a 3060 is it better to go for a 40 or 50 series I do high end games and going to start streaming soon

you unlock just 5 fps with near 500mhz oc on core is crazy dude!!!😁😁my rtx 3080 gaming z 1950mhz oced to 2070mhz unlock 5 to 10 fps in 80 percent games! its true for heavy ultra settings like cyberunk is goes down to 3 fps! but only with limited 102 percent of powerlimit that allow in this card is goodresult compare to new 50 gen ☺
My guess is that the 5080 has been held back to ensure it doesnt breach US GPU export restrictions into China. If this had beaten the 4090 as everyone was hoping, it would miss out on the huge Chinese market. Looking forward to my Zotac Solid arriving in March as that cooler should allow some hefty overclocking

Why is everyone so surprised that the only people getting these cards are scalpers reviewers and influencers, I mean its the new hottest topic in the gaming world obviously only certain people are going to get them with what little stock has only been produced. I saw currys, scan and ocuk stock just disappear.
But after checking all 3 sites since launch.
OCUK seems to have stocks every now and again. I got my RTX5080 From them yesterday and it arrived today.

Kinda like Nvidia controls the market with these cards, even tho we see the msrp "$999-$1999" their probably selling for a profit pretending to be scalpers. The high demand and limited supply keeps the market blind from what's going on behind the scenes.
