  1. PSU Circuit is an amazing resource. I was helping a buddy who's less informed build a PC. Got a list from Part Picker, first thing I did was check to see if the PSU was already on the channel, it was, and it was one that had exploded 😀 So thanks PSU Circuit for helping me and my buddy dodge a bullet!

  2. An iPhone without port is a logical move, I just won't buy it, though.

  3. 44:30 … no you dont understand. There are doors, people want to flee, but they are closed.

  4. Windows 11 heavy handed push and lack of compatibility with my Z840 workstation is DEFINITELY what made me migrate to Linux. I'm planning on my migraine my Alienware laptop to Linux too once fixed just out of spite. Windows 11 just makes me engaged in all ways possible.

  5. Watched the intro without looking at the time and I was like, "this is gonna be a long WAN show, right…"

  6. 58:00 i'm not watching psu circuit precisely because it has AI voice. i cannot follow the flow of that monotone rambling.

  7. Yay! Ever increasing amounts of advertisment on the show. /s

  8. 1:59:00 you just need a little windshield wiper for every camera. 😆

  9. Coming from aerospace 2k$ feels comically little for a approval limit.

  10. You guys are doing a great job and don't change

  11. I don't think the limitations of camera only are impossible to overcome.
Most of the tests Rober did where problems with visibility.
Detecting reductions in visibility and slowing down accordingly is a possibility, like a good driver would.
And who knows now if FSD would have done that or not.

The acme wall was just hilarious and fun but how many human drivers would drive through it? My guess would be that quite a few would miss it and be shocked when hitting it.

  12. Did they just skip over the Steam/Xbox leak topic?

  13. Wow I have gotten so accustomed to listening to this at 2x speed that it literally feels like a slow mo if I go at standard speed…

  14. Cameras absolutely are sufficient for self driving cars to achieve human level performance. Most accidents aren’t caused by failure of our vision system, hence a self driving car will crash less than humans, on average, using only cameras. It’s 100% a software problem, additional sensors are not required!

  15. Is the first few seconds getting cut off intentional now, because it's every stream and really annoying 😕

  16. 1:58:48 Only do it before long roadtrips.

  17. I remember when the WAN show used to be sponsored by jerky.

  18. 6:35 shout out to Linus for almost beaming his co-host Luke with a Macbook and shout out to Apple for supplying Linus with a nice cwispy Macbook to hit his cohosts with while sleep deprived XD

  19. I wonder how many people would drive through the acme wall if you place it on an actual road.
My guess would be a lot.

  20. Dan's slow reach for the bell @ 1:57:03 😆

  21. I dislike that the back button on android brings me to the home screen or other apps when it has ran out of things to do in the app.
If i wanted to switch applications i would do that.

  22. oh the quality is so bad

  23. In regards to closing applications: on Windows there's basically three different levels of closing an app. Asking nicely, demanding firmly, and Old Yeller-style.
When you press the X button in the corner it tells the app "Hey, we'd like you to close please" and that's when you get the "You have unsaved work, are you sure?" prompts.
When you try closing it in task manager then depending on the application it can bypass those prompts, but it's still a request so a truly hung app still won't close.
The last one is no longer a request, triggering it is the hard part but it will work almost every time. On older Windows you could do so by using "Kill Process Tree" in taskman, but these days you'll either have to go through the command line or you can just click the everloving crap out of the application window until Windows itself realizes the app is truly busted beyond belief prompting you with the modern equivalent of "HL2.EXE is not responding" where you can click OK and Windows nukes it from the orbit.

  24. Cheese is cheese. If there is any qualifier or fancy wording around cheese, I'm always skeptical.

  25. The amount of people who got mad at Linus over the 5090 video is putting the heat on the wrong place. He was given wrong information from the board partner. Be mad at them.

    Absolutely ridiculous.

  26. We need more drunk Linus.

  27. Seeing the constant praises and gushing Linus keeps heaping on Apple, I truly wonder how much he is receiving from them..

  28. 32:22 a 2-day battery is a solid 1-day battery in a couple of years. A solid 1-day battery is e-waste in a couple of years.

  29. Dude, you can get Internet anywhere these days. I was working on hay equipment in the middle of nowhere and had ~20ms ping over starlink. Wild.
