It’s been tough to find a GPU in 2021, but AMD’s hoping to improve supply with the RX 6600 XT. But as a midrange 1080p card, is it priced too high to compete?

Deals for Days. Big home savings are happening now.
And now it's a £200 beast
did you ever have a color issue with your 6600 XT ? I am having an issue that i couldn't solve with mine, the colors are pinky, and the issue disappears once I uninstall the driver or boot in Safe mode
Just got a pc with a Ryzen 5 2600 and 6600-XT for $260. Insanely good deal
I love the economic perspective, this is something essential for understanding how be a more rational consumer.
its 240 euro now, and still a good card.
now this is a steal though
In 2024 , second hand ones are actually amazing
Just bought a 6600xt on Newegg for 200 dollars looking at these prices still makes me cringe
I just picked up one of these used for $130 and it's a great upgrade from my old R9 290
1080p is all i need dude!
Just bought one for $150
It is June 2023, and I just saw this card for 249 CAD. When it launched at 380 USB, that was more than 500 for us.
ironically rx 6600 xt ended up being a bang for buck in 1440p gaming so this video feels a bit outdated
Just think how much faster and better these card would be with 16 lanes to work with.
This pricing conversation is bonkers now – in Australia now, a 6600 xt goes for $399 AUD, where a 3060ti goes for for minimum $599. The 6600xt now comes in at the same or even less than a 3050 – which makes the value so much more compelling.
Use it for 1440p. It's still solid even there
They are $250 now.
Nowadays, this card is a REALLY good deal, for essentially the performance of a 3060, with the price of a used 3050, these things are incredibly good and I know this is what my PC is going to use (when I eventually get around to building it :P)
Building my first pc, got this baby for 220 and hoping this goes well
Ps3 can't run 1080p at 60fps properly , so I don't think gaming at 1080p is a common setting even in 2023
Technology evolves pretty quick, but older techs are slow to phase out
Lots of my friends are still running 3a games at 900p low setting at 2023
So only few people cares about the top tier performance, most of the people only care about playable
Heck , I don't even have a 2k/4k monitor, so don't even think about gaming at the resolution that is higher than 1080
And in my country a new 6600xt only cost half of a low price 3060
The only reason to cut down on the number of PCIe connectors is to force people to buy a new motherboard, scummy
I don't understand how with such good prices people still doesn't wanna buy AMD cards
(Excluding myself, I'm a streamer so I can't use AMD, but I definitely would if I didn't stream, I do have a Ryzen CPU tho)
in Vietnam nowadays you can get these used for 126$
