One question.. when you say restore to factory firmware.. does that mean settings?.. what if they accidentally synced it with there laptop iTunes in the time it was installed?..then you shouldn’t even use your last back up if that was the case? True?.. bottom line just asking reset the whole iTunes it’s running in that case? Lap top and all?..could someone verify please lol
