We built this device using several pieces of 2 foot PVC pipe and ball valve, and a simple tire stem from a car tire. The pressure is built up from a bike pump and then released by turning the ball valve. Whatever you put in the tube will fire out and be delivered to your trick or treaters.

The most important question though…how do you load it? Do you drop something into a port in front of the chute, then cap off the port to allow more air to flow in the right direction?
