It's sad that if you have a budget phone you almost have to get a new phone every year or two just to get these updates. And flagship phones only are supported for about 4 years now also
Android 12 is ugly! Settings full of those blown up bubbles? 10 and 11 are nice in conclusion wrong people designing!
As someone who's phone just got the android 12 update about 8 hours ago. Its terrible.
It looks very ugly compared to 11, and makes me do about 4 extra steps to do functions that only needed 1 on android 11.
I think I'm gonna find a way to upgrade back to the superior 11.
So… is android 12 actually not trash now? Cause I heard nothing but horror stories some so bad that Motorola support told people not to upgrade to 12 cause it damages your phone
Android 12 is here and I hate it.
My homescreen photo is of a person wearing a brown jacket so A12 has pulled brown shades and tones from that to use throughout the phone. I can't change it unless I change the photo. There is also the humongous clock that can't be removed or resized.
I hate everything about this. As long as you, YT Channel man is happy I guess that is all that matters. I have had my phone 6 months and now I have to retire it and use my previous phone.

I've only now found out that the design change happened with 12 and not 13, Honestly being a Samsung/OneUI user, when Samsung announced Android 13, I was dreading the new redesign with the big pills in the quick settings and I was dreading app suggestions being removed ( again I didn't know the Android design changed with 12 and not 13 ) and I was so happy that Samsung still keeps the circular icons in the quick settings and keeps app suggestions, thank you Samsung 🙂

I really dislike the global stretch and this made me regret updating my device.
I hate android 12 mainly because of phantom process killing and it's very buggy on my phone and it's a high end one.

BRO i just bought PIXEL 3a xl for $200 and with this update that phone is sick. Like it works like wow. Even camera is wicked.
You can only change material you colors using stock launcher which makes it annoying switching between them.
Wow, this video aged badly. In less than a year, it became a showcase of how not to do mobile UX. I'm very disappointed to hear Linus pretend that Android 12 is more customizable when this is objectively untrue for incredibly obvious reasons. How do you call it Material You with a straight face when it's the first version of Android in over a decade that doesn't support customizable fonts (among other limitations to customization that don't exist in older versions).
