Yes I easily could’ve scraped this video but if this saves someone $150 from buying this atrocity then my job here is well worth it. This is a “concept” – it should no way be a full retail release. That wireless idea of no touching and connecting is an old idea first proposed by Tesla like 100 years ago. He was trying to make everything wireless before Edison shut him down to monopolize the electric industry lol

So basically… get a charging mat, and a bunch of little usb pucks to make non wireless charging devices compatible? Got it!
What I was excited about (not sure if it'll happen) is true wireless charging. The idea is that we have waves around us at all times and if those waves can be collected and used for charging we can have constant charge and only need a battery for when we're in a dead zone like camping. Now I don't think this would be able to be used for cars because they drain electricity way faster than a mouse or phone. Interesting concept though.
the worlds power consumption is a huge problem, the whole wireless fad will fade with time when regulations and realisation of what a waste wireless is comes to mainstream understanding. I'm a strong believer in the magnetic connections etc where power is delievered through wires but connect super easy without fiddling. Dont get me wrong, there's a huge difference between wireless headphones etc where you're transmitting data or signals wirelessly and when you're trying to charge a battery or item wirelessly.

Wireless "far distanced" charging have a high chance of Never being viable cause converting electricity into radio waves is not power efficient and difficult to restrict and control if placed in higher band of the electromagnetic spectrum
The idea is cool but near imposible to excute in a way that it can ever compete
