Awesome Tips Play Epic Store Games on Your Steam Deck
One of the first things you’ll want to do with a Steam Deck handheld gaming PC is figure out how to install non-Steam games on it. I’ve already gotten some games from GOG.com running on the Steam Deck, but following this tutorial from Gaming On Linux (an excellent website and YouTube channel) got me playing games from my Epic Games Store library too. Why do you and the other ‘guides’ completely gloss over the part at 2:29? How on earth do you find the containing folder when there are hundreds of random numbers to pick from in the compat folder?
terrible tutorial theres no launcher.exe file installed and doesnt show the pathway to it. your link to it doesnt help either.

Xbox works via installing Microsoft edge beta and installing from there.

At 2:30 mark of video, you DO NOT EXPLAIN how the launcher file is on there! I'm going to find a tutorial with ALL the steps not this incomplete TRASH!
So if you launch it from Steam with Epic in Proton mode it also launches the game with Proton? or did you have to tell it to run the game with Proton?
