LG is not the problem it's infinity a Comcast company blocking certain channels, they hacked into The LG TV, to control customer content in a very cryptic way to attempt to get more information & people sign up for their TV services.

After 3 years of normal TV use, my high end LG Oled 65E7P has burn in and color shading all over. To make things worse LG has refused to repair it since it’s out of warranty. They claim 40,000 hours of life, but I have less than a 1/4 of that. Very disappointed with LG Oled quality and LG customer service, think twice before dropping your hard earned money on an LG Oled.
I have a 65” E7P and let me tell you, these TV’s do not age well at all. After only 3 years of normal TV use, I have discoloration and screen burn from channel logos. Very disappointed in the lifespan especially when LG claims 40k hour life – No Way.
Burn in issue will waste your money…

HUGE DISAPPOINTED. LG Display is good. But audio hardware is very poor. If you connect a headset in tv headphone output jack, you can here only voice no bass and low frequency sound. We tried with all audio and equilizer settings, but northing works.
You can watch only news. You cannot able to watch a HD movie or songs with good audio.
We tried with SD DTH, HD DTH and also with usb pendrive & I am a part time musician.
The 3.5mm headphone output jack given is no use at all, sounds like in-build speakers.
Even an 20 years old crt tv have good audio output in headphone output jack that will have all low & high frequency sounds which can be connected to any Home Theaters.
LG states this TV is "Smart TV" so that we will think these features will be available.

Don’t waste your money on LG oled if you plan on using the TV for daily use. My LG Oled is completely ruined after only three years of use with discoloration across the entire screen. This is unacceptable for a TV with less than 10,000 hours when LG reads them for 40,000 hours.

I received my C2 a few days ago and there is nothing good about it. The Gen 5 processor is worse than the Gen 4 – dark image and it just lacks sharpeners while watching any content. LG is going backwards…I am very disappointed!

Guys i have question .. my tv is (LG B1) and my soundbar is (Samsung Q600a) and i try to play a movie with (DTS) sound by a (usb drive) but the movie play without sound ! So is there a Solution!?
Too bad they ditched DTS…Still at 65B9SLA atm (it has DTS). But cant wait for the new line-up C2 to roll.

Wow, the new AI deep learning processor! So now we can officialy agree, that last year G1 Evo was dumb and slow, and the system is full of AD's you cant turn off. Oh, and the gallery option! you cant just pick one picture, or change the timing between other ones, so you are stuck with the endless loop of pictures

I have alot of burn in on my LG OLED, most of it from the news symbols and one right up the middle from the golf game I play. Can't get rid of it. Disappointed for sure

Been using a 55 inch C9 as a PC monitor. Ive had it since Feb 2020 and have almost 6,000 hours on it. Still looks great with no signs of burn in. Thats about 8.5 hours a day average usage. Some days i used it even longer.
