The best solution would be to put your PC on the cold end of a heatpump, which dumps the energy into a hot water buffer. That way, you could "recycle" the majority of those 500 watts back, and save on your water heating bills.

You are actually just reflecting the heat back to the pc and by that your are heating your pc more than without the tent thing
I know that that tube is making heat escape through it not that helpful
If you can put a fan on the exhaust opening it will work better

I mean I have two gaming pcs in my office with my wife. We had to put a window ac unit in cause that room alone would get above 85F on the daily and higher in summer.
