master & dynamic not putting their name on anything to do with this is really strange once you see on their website they have lambo earbuds that still have their branding on everything only difference is the logo is a lambo on the earbuds which could mean master & dynamic may have not wanted to be associated with this product but instead only did the hardware for it
Something about needlessly excessive products like this just leave a sour taste.
Like anyone who wants to spend that much on a logo is the kind of person that deserves to get ripped off.

There is nothing Value about Louis Vuitton. You buy it because you want the brand. BUT with that said, you should never buy any electronic gizmo from a designer. Like you said the battery will die and in 2 or three years they will be useless garbage when the rubber starts to revert into goo. So just stick with high end audio gear from Apple Samsung Bose and so on. They tend to support their products in the long run and you will be way happier.
Louis Vuitton is for people with bad taste an no money to pretend they have money in from of other people in the same league.
Typing this Before I watch the video to see how correct I am. I am basing this analysis on my understanding of what LV really does with other products that are not some form of luggage or leather product. In my opinion, they have repackaged some cheap earphones any average person can find in walmart or on amazon. They are gonna be below average and for 1/20th the price you could pssibly get better quality. The packaging will look nice and be uniqoe and loud to say LV but it wont be durable. They are charging you for the bran name. How do I know, they have been doing this to art products for a while now. They are packaging $5 colour pencils in $1200 pencil case or $10 watercolours in $1400 watercolour case. I dont expect this to be one lick different. I wish they did focus on quality as well. I mean, how much would that actually cost them? Now when I look at someone with LV I dont think "class" I think this is a fool with too muchy money and not enough brain cells to know what to spend it on nor enough experience in the world to know the true value of a product. Honelstly, I can never take anyone using LV seriously now.

All earbuds are massively overpriced, and unnecessarily pushed by removing headphone connectors.

Hello LTT,
I am writing this comment with respect to Linus mentioning the quality of the merch. I love the Bananas for scale, honestly never use the water bottle, and have found myself disappointed with the desk mat.. I really liked it at first, but the edge of the mat is fraying apart. I found a good deal on the Razer mat.. the Gigantus V2 (3xl) and they do not offer the same level of comfort as the LTT mat, but completely eliminated the edge threading. It looks kind of like a cheep yoga mat. I am not saying they solved the issue, but I think this might be a great place for the Lab to explore.
As for the water bottle, much like Linus objects jump out of my grasp.. and a 3/4 full bottle fell onto the concrete. It got dented up pretty bad, and the really cool black details were scuffed up/off. I have also had by Yeti make the same and greater leaps, with little to nothing to show for it. Granted my yeti was 10-20 dollars more, and the temp regulation is next level, I was mostly just said to see that LTT had a less than durable coating, and not a black base.
