Speaking of a gaming rig, can this be mounted in the middle of the back at all? I have a racecar simulator in the mail that can mount one large monitor or 3 small ones. I hope this can be mounted in the back Vesa 100????
I had this for a week and while I liked it I wasn't a huge fan. Since I'm a console gamer I didn't like only being able to use one side of the screen or having the giant black bars on each side if I decided to play in the middle. It's a great monitor if you're a huge PC gamer though!

2 years late but I just scored this baby for $900 which is a SALE if I ever saw one. Sure it's not its neo successor but it still holds up pretty well to other monitors.

I ordered this yesterday and it was $400 off. I was debating on it and a hour later Samsung sent a email saying item was still in cart here's an extra 10% off an I paid 1079.99 for it. I feel like it's worth it. I currently have three 27 inch monitors but a couple games I play the stretched screen is so aggressive it made it not worth playing. Hoping with this beast it will look better. Plus getting rid of the bezels is a bonus.
My PC is pretty high end other than my outdated graphics card, that being said, how would my EVGA 1070FTW edition do with this monitor?

It is a really nice monitor, I would never want it. I want the 65 inch gaming monitor that HP or Dell had. Can't find anywhere. This thing just looks weird despite how nice it is.

Judging by the headphone holder and the beautiful eye at the back of this monitor, I'm thinking it was made for those setups where the desk isn't up against a wall but, instead, in the middle of a room, probably one of those large, studio-like rooms.
Bad choice.
Go for 48 inch OLED, Black wallpaper.
Set games to run at 21:9 and get 45.5 inches
OR run games at 32:9 and get 43.4 inches.
And all of the crazy aspect ratio in between without the blooming and LCD nonsense.

Hi everyone. I'm planning to setup new pc , i9 12900k , RTX3090, DDR5 rams…..etc so i'm trying to gather good one. I cant decide between Samsung Odyssey G9 (2021 Model) or Samsung Odyssey Neo G9. Price between those monitors are huge old one costs 1399euro , new one is 2066euro. Any experienced gamer or tech person can explain me which monitor should i take. Difference between those monitors (as quality) is worth paying 667euro more ?
