Amazing Products TV OnePlus 8 Pro vs OnePlus 8 – Which should you buy?

Comments

  1. Worst purchase I've ever made. Only last less than 3 hours out of the charging base, it runs hot all the time. Amazon sent a replacement, same thing. At this point I'm beyond the return period. Do yourself a favor and dont by an Astro. Now more than ever, because with Amazon sacking the Alexa and robotics department, who knows what the future of this very uncooked product will be.

  2. When it's able to shoot!!

  3. Hello I love the robot I have carpet in my house will I still be able to use Astro

I like this. It makes it feel like my house isn’t so huge and empty lol. It’s weird but it offers companionship without a pet. Not a human companionship which I’m not looking for from this anyways but a chaos pet like companionship.

  4. You mentioned "viewpoints" and Amazon also mentioned them in their intro, but I can not find any thing about them in the instructions or on the app. How do you set them up?

  5. Dave is like….f*** you
    Lmao

  6. They need to add a carbon fiber arm to grab or move things via app control!!! a suction cup or air tight suction build in to grip floor to use arm at full strength, built in cooling system to cool 2 bottles of whatever stored in side at at least 35 degrees f. Lastly it needs to mine crypto and sell drugs out your house when u are away.

  7. hello I have astro but the menu that you show for the side in my astro does not appear why? how can i put the menu

  8. loooks like it uses vslam tech it needs both lidar and vslam especially at 1500

  9. This is now tyler1's pet

  10. astro seems like the first step towards humanity's depiction in wall-e

  11. I’ll save my money for the Tesla bot. 😅

  12. I would prefer screen to rise up..I love Astro! I’m 75 and set it up myself.. probably too expensive , however for last 3 years haven’t traveled anywhere-therefore saved money! Who doesn’t want to travel through their house when they are not there! I was first to buy Alexa for my blind mother when it came out, so have a sense what is appealing. Astro may not be perfect yet, but neither are humans,
This bot is much needed fun!

  13. I got one to help me watch my elderly cat when I'm not home. He's getting to the near end-of-life stage and I worry about him when I'm gone. Of course, when I am home, he's just a super cute little bot that follows me around and has some other fun features. The privacy aspect of it should be considered as well as with any smart device. Besides that, this thing is great to have around.

  14. Can you watch YouTube on this?

  15. I like how the closest comparison is a dog…no comparison with other mobile robots available right now?

  16. I don’t want the crap that comes with dog lol

  17. I have one and I think it has possibilities.

  18. It may be tough in a house with many steps like Japan😁

  19. You can us him as a little security guard. That's so cute. 🤣

  20. There are other options that are cheaper.

  21. 1. Deliver beer
    2. Deliver beer
    3. Show that you have at least $1000 of disposable income

  22. this just makes me want a tesla bot so much more please hurry Elon and tesla team!!! lol

  23. I’m thinking this could be used in an office setting to deliver files from one person to the other. Amazon needs a file holder system to go into the cup holders.

  24. Meh! What is Amazon trying to accomplish with a screen on wheels? Carry a beer to my GF in the next room? I am all for implementation of technology but to accomplish what? Let's see, remind you and bring you your medications? Park itself by the door at night and constant scanning/motion detector for intruders and a piercing siren if a hamburglar is detected while dialing 911? House perimeter patrolling? I'd rather get those terrifying huge dog-like robots than this corgi-sized rolling Alexa. My 9 year old just shouted: just get a roomba, the cupholder from the car, and an iPad and voila, you don't need to spend one kilo on the Astro! Kids . . . Humm, where's my soldering gun?

  25. Everything Astro can do, so can my phone and tablet 😂🤣 This is literally buying a tablet on wheels. Talk about reinventing the wheel lol

  26. If they put a LiDAR and a vaccum on astro 2, I'm getting one for sure

  27. I have been a robot fanatic all of my life since I saw Lost in Space many years ago. Then I saw the original Star Wars in the theatre, went nuts over R2D2 and I was hooked. So since about 7 years of age I have been reading books on robots, watching anything that had robots in it and now the web. I heard about the Amazon Robot about 2 or 3 years ago and have been waiting for it to come out. $1,500 for a first real home robot….heck yeah, but nope not for a tablet with Alexa on wheels. This for me is a let down, doesn't matter how many updates they do it can't do much of anything useful at all. I mean heck even Sony Aibo could play with a ball and that was years ago. For $1500 you get Alexa that can move….yeah no thanks, I'll wait for the next level of a home robot. Nice try Amazon, just another exciting piece of tech that will be in the hall closet after the newness wears off.

  28. is it just a display on wheels thats triple the price

  29. "Pass the butter" – Rick Sanchez

  30. not interested unless it can do dishes and laundry

Version 4 will be named, "Sonny"

  31. It would be great if Astro would be able to use ordinary vacuum cleaner or any other already available tools in house with his robotic arm. Instead making robot it self to have all the capabilities build in. Which wich would make it extremely expensive.

  32. Amazon should give Astro an actual robotic arm instead of periscope camera, then it can open doors, pickup clothes on floor. Put clothes in washing mashine. Pickup trash. Actually help people at home. 🙂 For example cleanup toys in children's room!

  33. Why not make whole neck of Astro with display attached telescopic? That would resolve issue with looking down every time you want to check something. Then you don't need redundant periscope camera and you can raise display to any height. Kid or adult. 🙂

  34. 6:19 who’s that handsome man?

  35. Damnit Andrew leave David alone 😂😂😂
