Comments

  1. The Quest 3 is unreal… Apple Are kidding themselves with $3500usd 😂

  2. Say:
Jesus is Lord & I believe in my heart that God raised Jesus from the death in third day. I repent of my sins Jesus save me now in Jesus Christ amen

  3. I love this discussion about mixed reality and function. I've always thought it would be amazing to have safety glasses, which I wear all day being a machinist, that could recognize screw sizes to 2×4 lengths to electric wire gauge thickness. Alot of time would be saved not looking for the right wrench anymore and it's mandatory to wear safety glasses anyways, so might as well make them functional. If I were a mixed reality developer I would definitely look into this. Millions of workers world wide could use it if it's done well

  4. Sorry to hear about your HTN, hopefully you're doing well now.

  5. Have you tried going for an actual walk around the block to reduce your blood pressure?

  6. Isn’t the fitness stuff in vr sweaty? I tried vr exercise once years ago and the headset got uncomfortably sweaty and hot. Are the new headsets better for that?

  7. Really appreciated you sharing about the fitness utilities and your personal experience. I'm so sorry you went through that – more power to you for taking it on 💪. All the very best with it. I've started a healthier routine myself and can relate.

  8. $3500 i could buy something else

  9. Still wear a mask in 2023 / 2024 😅 🤦‍♂️

  10. If you need vr to get fit then give up

  11. Funny Microsoft couldn't see that and dropped Hologram, and a bunch of other products to go all in on AI and just surface computers…. The idiots.

  12. Apple Vision Pro like the Apple Watch launch… Jack of trades but master of mine. Eventually, they will land on trends/features mostly being used and tailor it over time and split it into 2 categories. I for one would want it for social interactions and cinema mode.

    And stop eating crap.

  13. AR/VR/XR: too heavy, too glasses unfriendly to be useful at least for now.

  14. 1:44 12:39 AM

  15. I wish Apple could release a budget friendly, lower priced VR headset that doesn’t contain an internal computer, but can simply connect to my MacBook and iPhone and act as a virtual VR external monitor

  16. I just want to play Yu-Gi-Oh in AR/VR

  17. very excited for the visor

  18. This kind of shows that there’s no vision at meta. They already shifted away from the metaverse and if apple takes over their lead in the market, it would be so difficult to keep supporting them.

  19. I'm glad Apple is getting into VR/AR. I would, however, question Apple's pricing. $3500.00 is pretty steep for tech that has already existed for at least a decade. The only difference is that the headset will have an apple logo on it. There are already commercial grade headsets available for less that their price, used in the defense and design industries. On the consumer side, the de facto standard right now is the Quest 3 that only costs $499.00. The more big tech companies who enter the market, the better. I just question whether or not Apple actually understands the current AR/VR market.

  20. They need to set up an effortless framework to share and interact with 3D models and interfaces with other users.

  21. Thank you White Kojima

  22. Homie looks like he belongs on the enterprise

  23. Google was ahead of the game

  24. Your tried both Quest 3 and Vision Pro multiple times?! which one is lighter

  25. It’s embarrassing the priority CNET gives to vision pro when it hasn’t launched yet and you guys are admitting is all you have seen is 3 demos with some prototypes. It stinks to paid review TBH

  26. What's a Quest? Nobody knows Meta sells hardware, just the US. Meta has no future in the market.

Let's see what real hardware manufacturers have for us.

  27. Wow

  28. Here's hoping you have a year of health! With regard to the topic at hand, you simply do not need VR or AR to be fit. Or walk. So all the power to them to try to create a problem to solve with this product, but there is a good chance that it will fail in that regard. I am still waiting for a compelling reason to buy yet another screen.

  29. Just bought the Quest 3 week ago. Super fun and easy to use. The mixed reality is really nice, and people complain about the quality but for me is good enough to have fun ~

  30. Your head look like a Avatar. It's the glasses.

  31. Great summary 😀 what fitness games (or other?) would you recommend for the PS5 VR? Anything comes to mind? Cheers

  32. You forgot PICO's high-end V.R. Headset code name " Swan " that's supposed to go up against Apple's Vision Pro

  33. Something people are forgetting is a lot of business travelers pay $3000+ for business class seating on an airline. I'm tempted to grab one of these and scale back my seat selection on airplanes. With one to two flights I'll save enough to justify the Apple Vision.

  34. My robocallers were awfully active this morning. Antitrust activity?

  35. Fantastic video! Very sorry to hear you had high blood pressure. So glad you got fit with VR. Please keep taking good care of yourself. 💙You are my favorite person who covers VR/MR/AI (and I watch a lot of them). I remember when you first did the video about the Oculus Quest that demonstrated the Guardian, and I was blown away. We got our Quests on the first day it came out and went to Central Park to play virtual ping pong and tennis, and I was convinced the park would be filled with people doing the same thing, but we were the only ones! 😊

  36. Once again like so many other youtubers, the background music is completely unnessecary and distracting. Why can't youtubers understand it's a stupid idea to put music on a video, when all they do, is sit and talk about something??

  37. I want an AR how to build tutorial like AR Legos.

    Or an AR car repair.

Something simple that regular consumers can take advantage of

  38. Vr headset vs smart watch

  39. Meta should really use Instagram as a killer app on the Quest 3 that would sell on tin of headsets alone and also if they integrated whatsapp on the headset as well it would be over for apple and if apple had sense they would just make Logic Pro X and Final Cut Pro X for the headset so you could have recording studio devices in AR like what Virtuoso does in its mixed reality mode

  40. The advantage that Apple vision pro has is that it already has familiar iOS user-interface/features and a huge library of apps that will be optimized for vision pro.

  41. I also think Gaussian Split tech is going to increase even more the immersion. As it allows photorealistic 3D imagery with small computational need.
